Agreed. All one needs to do is install a sapphire (easy to do) and you’re good to go. I always had love the 8926OB, but this is one more refined. Thank you 🙏
I have two of these: this black version and the one with the Cola bezel. Got the first one at the beginning of Covid pandemic, and the the Cola one 2 years later. The quality of the finishing on the Cola one was super rough. You can really see Invicta is cheap! You get the quality you pay for. For the money I'd get a Pagani or something (Steeldive). You get way better finishing, milled clasp and sapphire for less or the same money.
Right before COVID is when I purchased three of them to flip, for I knew they would sell out, and would be highly desired. I think you may have just gotten a bad unit, because, like me, most reviews have only good things to say about the finishing. I have several pro divers in various tones and sizes. Other than some misalignment issues, I never have an issue with them. Concerning Pagani, I have one Daytona homage with a rainbow gem bezel. The crown is very gritty and wobbly. Despite being all milled, not impressed with the overall fit of the clasp. Caseback is rough and sharp. Dial is nice. It has sapphire. Decent Seiko movement. The bracelet, with its solid links and screws, is okay. Clasp is a pain to adjust, because it's a pseudo glidelock, that is to say, while it looks like a glidelock, it does not have the tooless adjust feature. If I am to get another watch from China, the only brand I am interested in is San Martin.
@@RabbitWatchShop the brushing on the lugs on the Coke looks like it was so done with a brillo pad. By a 5 year old toddler. My Pagani BB on the other hand, is perfectly nicely finished on all the edges. There is a huge difference in quality between the black one and the Coke. I think Covid played a part of course. Jody from JOMW says the same: you can do better for the same or less. And I agree. I like mine but I have way better watches in my over 80+ collection anyway...

Solid review of this Invicta. This watch has a lot going for it and extremely affordable.

Invicta 1953 is a looker and a winner.
Agreed 👍🏻
I’m considering to buy one, how is it running what’s the accuracy? I currently own a steel dive 1953 with the nh35 and it runs at +1.5 sec a day.
It’s average for an NH series movement. +5. No QC issues on one unit, whereas on another NIB (for sale) has a slightly misaligned bezel insert.
