I'm a punchline rapper and he is right about the punchlines knowledge. This guy is doing good job of sharing right knowledge to up and coming rap artist.
1st line is like a bars
And second line is like, finishes the sentence with a humour or creativity lines of your brain
In a word bars is a zap
And punchlines is like uppercut in a ring
And punchlines with a word play gives more impact
Here's an eg:
