I am a great supporter of mobile home living. I beleive it could be a solution to the homeless problem, for some. Look at those deals. $3000, that's what it would cost to move in an apartment. Even if they need some repairs, its better than an apartment with no yard. The biggest drawback is you are at the mercy of the park owner, and they can raise space rents unexpectedly, or even sell the park to developers.
You're right. There are a lot of houses in many areas that could be rehabilitated for those who need homes. Many abandoned houses with materials that could be recycles, repurposed, reused. Thank You for tuning in to my channel. Cheers ☕️
I like the direction that your videos are taking. I've been working on one of these old singles and they can be a bargain if the park is well managed. I think a lot of these are in parks under new ownership after a long decline. Kudos on showing the viewer how to evaluate the park and where to look. I'd definitely be interested in St Pete if a similar deal could be found. There's lots of funky old trailer parks left from the era when it was God's Waiting Room.
thank you for showing Bradenton. Seems like those lot rents are not too high? My father-in-law used to live there and we visited a few times. Unfortunately, he passed away too soon and we were not over 55 so his brother dumped the property. (He was in the Swan Lake Village just off Tamiami route 41.) Anna Maria Island is a special place for sure. I kick myself, would’ve been nice to buy a property there 15 years ago!! I see and hear online quite crowded, especially in the winter, and traffic is crazy and beach access is tricky. But it’s a great area. agree with you great place to have coffee and watch those sunrises and sunsets!! I’d consider that area
Susan , my parents lives at Delray Beach Florida, can you help me to find something in west palm beach area? . Love your videos I share with my fl friends, I’m in AZ , thanks

No pictures of the inside is a major red flag.

Curious, what if someone wants to buy and move the home to another community? What is all involved in such transaction if anyone here knows. Thank you
Hey Susan...I am retired and want to flip. Help??
