Hay there Chris! Going to keep this positive. First, I found you when you first showed up on Paulie's shows, it has taken awhile to even catch up a little. I really enjoy your production and I totally get how this can help give new focus to people who have to deal with PTSD. I live in Canada, actually grew up around where Paulie haunts Sooke and other places, but I digress. Before Covid 19 I was in a program as an instructor, in an organization I started in 2009, in which we teach wounded Veterans to fly fish to help with their spiritual and physical recovery. I am sending all my love and support Chris, you are a great example of reinventing yourself to deal with an invisible wound. I have been waiting a year for someone to dry pan. I watch Aussie Goldhunters and they get hold with the dry blower Goldzilla, so I figured you must be able to do it with a pan. Blessings to you and Zoe!
I keep getting so excited everytime I get a upload notification from u and then I start watching it and realise I've already seen this video on your facebook😂
Haha, yeah. I'm clearing my backlog. I've got heaps of new content but I'm sick of these sitting so I'm trying to do a 1 to 1 upload. The last video I uploaded is a new one.
That was great! I’ve never heard of dry panning. Winnowing in the desert I’ve heard of. Thank you! I have wet panned and yes, even just getting one spec of collar at the end of a pan gives you a great feeling!
Hello Vo-Gus Prospecting, your videos are really very good, it takes me out of my routine and I imagine traveling through those natural places in search of the great golden adventure that wonders that freedom has, congratulations and good luck, greetings from Caracas Venezuela.
That was pretty cool Chris. I will have to give it a go. Cheers for another great video champ may your pan shine bright my friend. And I'll give my dogs a scratch behind the ear for you. CHEERS FROSTY
Absolutely spewin, just got back from my first ever panning prospect trip trying to wet pan in a bucket that was even tight with the 10" with limited water and it turned into muck especially with all the dead wild flowers and couldn't use my brand new Garrett super sluice pan, only to then realise when I got home and read the back of the pan for it to say I could've dry panned.😖
That’s very interesting, I’ll go give it a try , it’s as dry as a nuns gusset here in Las Vegas, fantastic to see the wonderful grizzly once again , much love , peace ✌️ 🌴😎💀
Thanks for sharing, always interesting and informative🙌 Perhaps a battery powered vibrating pan would speed up the process, just a funny thought🤔 Happy prospecting😎
Great video glad you posted it here I don’t do social media so it’s new to me👍🏻great to see griz😀 looks like you picked better spots than your friend lol you got a good amount there. if your looking for a cheaper dry washer check out nugget shooter journals his friend builds them well and they are waaaay cheaper but work great let me know if you can’t find the link I’ll post it for you thx for sharing see you on the next one 👍🏻👊🏻
Hi just wondering when you will have more paid dert and keep up the good work thanks to you I'm just starting out I got myself a cheap metal detector to only a cheap one but im having fun
Do you feed the Bull-dog out of that Goldpan? He seems so intent to examine everything that comes near the pan. Or has he been trained to sniff out Oro?
Grisly looks so happy breaks my heart for you about him. Much love brother.
Joseph Pecoul enjoy them while you have them mate. They live fast and sweet. 😢
@@johnh8615 beautiful little spirits they have thanks for the reply brother.

Haven't seen anyone dry pan in twenty years. Good to have someone walk us through the system of dry panning. Thanks for sharing.😎👍👍👌👌⛏⛏
👍 saw the beard, saw the boss, saw Mick and some shiny, looks like a memorable day on the creek. 🍻🇳🇿🎖
Yep, you nailed it !

As always Chris is clear, candid, highly informative and brings that wholesome joy of mateship and drive for learning and teaching.
Much appreciated!
That's a true test for a good panner.TESTS your skills to the max
RIP GRIZ ...
Something I come across often, dry creeks... thank you for this viddy! It will help me a lot.
Amazed at how well that worked, and no leeches!
looks like a trip back would be worth it when there's water in that creek mate.

I really enjoyed that one
So glad you could get Michael away from his bees to hang out for a bit!
Well done video my friend and we need that skill here in Arizona as well.
That was great! I’ve never heard of dry panning. Winnowing in the desert I’ve heard of.
Thank you! I have wet panned and yes, even just getting one spec of collar at the end of a pan gives you a great feeling!
This is very timely as we are having drought conditions in my area of Maine.
I dry pan all the time, and then bring it home and pan it out with water... Great video thank you for sharing all the best from Canada!
Sounds great! Its a must in many parts of the world
Awesome video Chris, and impressive performance by that Gold Claw to grab all that fine gold while dry panning!
Nice bit of content. Will have to add this pan to the wishlist for summer
Loved watching grizz in the background ❤
So much fun to watch.
I am learning so much from you. Always waiting for another video. Never stop learning. ✌

I had no idea about this method, that is neat stuff
Awesome look at dry panning m8. Looked like the claw was the superior product for it too. Cheers HnC
Nice find Chris!!
Cheers mate
Evening mouldy old hat😁love the🎻 violin action,oh knowledgeable one , I knew you'd finds some, nice to see Grizzly🙏 take care 🍀
Absolutely awesome!!
Great video. I picked up a few refresher tips.
Seems like a clear pan would make it harder to see what you have. I need to get a blue pan some day.
Glad it was helpful! Yes the clear pan is harder to see the gold in
That was pretty cool Chris. I will have to give it a go. Cheers for another great video champ may your pan shine bright my friend. And I'll give my dogs a scratch behind the ear for you.
CHEERS FROSTY
Wow wish I could pan that fast.😁

Sweet!!!! I was wondering when you'd be trying that pan out
That "Edward Scissorhands" rakey tool looks useful....I "dig" it, hahha!
Great vid !
Interesting info, I don't remember this one must have missed it!
Interesting, well done matey
This, is quite interesting.
Thank you for this awesome video I'm going to go out and try it
Lots of Shake rattle and roll and you got some ! Do you ever use a dry washer ? Thanks for the adventure TANK
Not yet! I want too though!
Thanks for the educational video.
Glad it was helpful!
Nice, greetings from the Heart of Europe. You find more gold in dry dirt in one day, than me in month of panning... :-)

Cant believe you didnt take a classifier with you. It stacks
Yeah well, it happenes
Noting it takes a little more time for liquification of gold to fall in a dry environment vs the wet environment.
Surprised you guys don't do dry washing some. It works well here in New Mexico.
I want to but the gear is so expensive bro
@@VoGusProspecting You can DIY cheap enough. If you have some basic wood working skills it would help.
Thanks for sharing, always interesting and informative🙌
Perhaps a battery powered vibrating pan would speed up the process, just a funny thought🤔

Great suggestion! that might actually work

It's a good video for a rerun lol.
Glad you think so! I figure a re edit and new people might want the knowledge
Yeppers I love my gold claw, but I find myself curious if the beta pan can dry pan as well 🤔 👍
Interesting idea
I'm not convinced this method is good for collecting gold 👍👍
When you have no water it works pretty good. You will loose gold, there's no avoiding it. But you'll have more gold than not panning at all.
Was nice seeing Grizz😀 And your beard😂 I seen Jeff Williams do this years ago. You were more entertaining😉👌🏻⛏🏴
Very interesting mate
I too never done it good to know
Cheers 🍻 crouch look at Grizzly awww
Glad you enjoyed it

please rescue a dog from a pound they would have a great 2nd chance of life with you. rocky or Roxy would be a great name
Just curious do you season your new pans as I've heard this is essential wether they are plastic or metal
Yes, you must. Or you will loose a lot of gold
Too late for us in Vancouver Island, we just got an inch of rain a day the last 4 days!
Gold to go’s to moon 🌙
I’m curious about the dry panning tailings. How much gold was in that stuff?
Probably a fair amount. This will get you gold, but it is not as accurate as water panning.
Awwwww, Griz. Good older content though.
What's that long brush thingy?
where do i get that pan, lol dry creeks everywhere
Try an electric vacuum to suck the small stuff out of those dry cracks!
Good idea!
Show show meu patrão top demais

Got to know how to dry wash . If you’re prospecting - there’s no water in some good gold baring ground . Great vid to share
