In our desert gold areas... early days before drywashers! they would use blankets, and throw the dirt into the air to remove all the Silty fine powder.. great video Chris!! Cant Wait to see the Dry Washing video of that spot!!! 🤘

Yup, like windowing chaff from grains. Mom used to do that in Korea as a kid in summer when the creeks dried up (her whole village did this).

I have used 2 classifiers to screen some dry gravels from slaty creek when it was dry. Bought it home than ran it through my clean up sluice and cleaned up! 5 buckets of fines , 1.8g

Great gold result! Yep, my dry washer would have a temporary home there! Thank you for showing the dry wash panning. I've never seen that before but look at the outcome. Furthermore, using the wind to your advantage really helped a lot. I'm just as surprised as you are, Chris! 😯 So glad those nice tiny pickers were smiling at you from the pan. Blessings from Alabama ❤️

I do a lot of dry panning, a great pointer to have is create friction on the bottom lowest point of the pan such as rocking it on top of a rock and slowly popping the back of the pan. Also, classification helps a ton.

thats a pretty nice result and clever for prospecting areas on site with no water and fined out what you need to know first before you drag your equipment into the bush. I have come to enjoy your methodolog more and more. I am surprised though that you have gotten off the ore detecting prospecting for reef gold and hard rock ,as the one rainy day episode you had explained how over 6-7years you had accomplished alot in the streams and was gunna concentrate on hard rock and Ore and it seems you have drifted back to more of your more accomplished earlier style. Not complaining Chris just curious is all 🤔. I can watch anything you produce Mate ,but I love watching you find ore piles and old mine workings ,you know the easter egg hunt for Gold😉

I reckon being out in the scrub, playing in a creek, making mud pies with a good mate and a doggo or two is why you do this. Definitely not the gold. Still gold nonetheless. Take care man.

why don't you get a 24V vibrator unit from a massage chair and duct tape it to a big bucket, it should fluidise the dirt and break things up a bit, then just keep on topping it up and tipping off the top half after a while, then keep repeating

This reminds me. Of a time not very long ago while homeless living in woods on a lake. Broke alone trying to find myself my life plan. My path. Just being alone in nature. .after months of knowing that everything happens for a reason everything. I mean everything. .after this knowing. Sinks in .then i. Am forced to go within myself. Because ive heard that everything you need to no isl within. Ok. So i no that everything happens for a reason so i know therevis a reason i heard this before. . and anyone who see this. Comment. U r seeing it for a reason. Welcome to the jungle baby lol wow ok. So now what. I look around and. I no that when i ask now what or really. Just do it in thought of course im asking. God or source. Or what ever in behind the scenes thats behind all the scenes. Anyway. I ve that the anta knockie race was created to mine gold .lol if u. Understand. . and once i found s message in a bottle that i believe came from a anceint race. But idk. For sure. Why. Thats what i adk. And its something to do with timing. And pateince so i say ok then. I konw i know things. And so i guess ill know when the time is right . any one no what time it is ???
