Dan, thank you for doing this. What a great idea!! Unless you pan or mine (which I am not able to do), it seems like you're doing pan after pan. It never occurred to me that the process really took that long until now! 😮 Eleven minutes for one pan?!?!? Wow! Although the gold at the end makes it worth it. That looked to be about half a gram's worth. Really nice pieces, too. I didn't get a chance to watch or post yesterday. I have roof damage from all the tornadoes ripping through southeast Alabama. But my problems do even come close to others' losses. Several family members live in Marriana, Florida where people are missing and trapped. Only 2 family members are dealing with massive damages. Please pray for those in all of these areas from yesterday's golf ball size hail and confirmed tornadoes. Blessings from Alabama ❤️

Drove past one of your claims on the Frazier two weeks ago on my way back to Alaska. Beautiful country! Wanted to share my best takeway from watching your videos. I am 68 yrs of age and cut my teeth panning (so to speak) when l was 15 yrs old. I usually classified down but was less vigorus than you at shaking down the gold. These last couple of years watching your technique and utilizing it have sped up my pans.l have increased my find by about 200to 25%! Thank you, and keep the tips comming! Mark in Alaska

I find the panning to be very soothing. I noticed a long cut like this in another one of your videos (possibly newer than this one) where you had a clip of you panning in silence, not that talking is bad, but it feels like very chill lol
I like this intimate style much better than the big colabs. I've been watching your channel for a while and this feels much more like your earlier videos that initially drew me in.
It's all about knowing where the color collects during high water. Of course being in an area where there's plenty of mountains (like here in the Pacific NW) doesn't hurt! Nice find. Now we know why you've run so many pans from that area!

Discovered your videos 2 weeks ago! Really enjoyed watching you pan & also eduacate as you go. I now have the Garrett Supersluice 15” pan, sifter and snifter 😅 Yesterday after searching the rules in my area i did a test run ad had a great time! Found a great clay layer in a dry brook bed and did two pans. I was surprised at how much black sands i found which looks amazing in itself in my opinion. But no flakes yet in just two begginer pans. Cant wait for the warmer weather to get back out there on softer ground, and non winter water 🥶 THANK YOU for sharing your videos, AND knowledge!! I feel like i may have finally found a new hobby! (if my back holds up lol)
