Based on my actual experience on site, I think the 787 using GEnx is quieter.

My own ranking of quietness: (the higher the ranking, the quieter)
1. GEnx-1B for 787 series
2. Rolls Royce Trent 7000 for A330neo series
3. Rolls Royce Trent XWB for A350 series and Rolls Royce Trent 1000 for 787 series
