Upping my cooking game during quarantine. What I appreciate the most from Lydia is her clear explanations for why she does or chooses something. Like tannin in tomato seeds make for a bitter sauce. I didn't know that.
I love that you use your hands to cook with there's nothing wrong with it as long as they're washed and clean it's just part of the process. It's okay to feel the food.
I can make this with Italian sausage, zucchini, rigatoni, tomato sauce and alots of cheese for dinner this looks good and easy to make yum plus garlic bread and salad 😋👌

With the exception of Lasagne love all pasta, even the black pasta which I've eaten, when I was in Italy. Make it even easier if you are in a real hurry. I open a tin of Ratatouille, because it's a great thing to eat when you're hungry, added pasta and parmesan cheese. Great. I'm sure Lidia won't be daunted to my quick recipe. Thanks Lidia.
