    RECIPE
    1. For Samosa stuffing, In a pan take 1 tbsp oil, add chopped green chili, half tbsp hing, half tbsp jeera, chopped ginger along with half tbsp haldi powder, half tbsp kashmiri red mirch, half tbsp salt , half tbsp coriander powder and mashed potato.
    2. Mix it well and garnish with coriander leaves. Samosa stuffing is ready.
    3. To make dough, one bowl of maida, 1 tbsp ajwain, half tbsp salt, 2 tbsp oil and water.
    4. Make a soft dough.
    5. Make a roti of the dough and roast on tawa for both sides.
    6. Cut the roti into 4 pieces and make a cone shape and stick the edges using slurry(maida, corn flour and water).
    7. Add the potato stuffing and cover using slurry on top.
    8. Fry in medium heat oil.
    9. Apply green chutney or ketchup on top and sev.
    10. Your delicious and crunchy samosa cone is ready.
