    I'm sure Czech has not experienced any crime or heard one gun shot since he got to Nigeria. He's been walking around even in the most ghetto areas and all he has gotten is just love from the locals. People should just stop stereotyping Nigeria and come and experience it for themselves.

    What I find enthralling about Lagos is that despite its chaotic nature, is that unlike American cities, you don't SEE massive drug addiction on the streets, you don't see vagrancy and homelessness (skid rows) !
    Everyone seems to be hustling for themselves!
    This is some of what creates the Naija Afrobeats vibes!
    That is unbelievable for a city of over 20 million people!
    Carry go my Lagos people!

    Like a regal Nigerian King and his posse, Czech In Effect takes his viewers to explore the urban Ikeja milieu. The camera distinctly shows lots of proprietors, community, bars, and folks socializing and enjoying a Friday night in " the ghetto." Cerch explores and try street Nigerian foods. He shows the shrine. Actually- I observed lots of community interactiom and husltling. Cezch In Effect has captured Nigeria with a balance media perspective. He defys Nigerian sterotypes by engaging the local culture.

    The shrine with Yemoja, Shango Eshu etc.. at Fela Kuti's spot was exactly the same culture in Salvador Bahia Brazil. Fela Kuti was an orisha priest and that is the very religion that exists in Brazil with Candomble and in Cuba with Santeria. Most of the people you chilled with in Cuba were orisha priest wearing the necklaces of the orishas, descendants of Yoruba Nigerian people. This is a full circle experience. I'm proud of you. Czech your video has given me an insight of why my country remains underdeveloped. Years ago during covid, I saw a video of South Africans attacking and hijacking a liquor truck, with that video it became clear to me that South Africa has substance abuse issue. From this video I see a Mercedes G Wagon and other modern cars parked on unpaved road with minimal lighting. The cost of the Mercedes G Wagon will paved that street with street lights. From this video I can say Nigerians have issue of consumption of foreign goods. Nigerians when ever you buy Mercedes you sending money to Germany, Toyota, money to Japan. Fix your roads, streets, lighting and stop feeding rich countries like Germany and Japan.

      Lol thats not the reason, Nigeria have 36 states , it depends on the state you're in, lagos was a planned small coastal city during the time of the Portuguese, lagos experienced a population boom it wasn't designed for, so in lagos there's really no separation of rich from the poor in terms of housing, both the rich and poor can live in the same avenue as you can see a nice house is next to a ruptured one, so it comes down to preference if you want to live in an urban developed neighborhood as a rich person is your choice if you want to live in a fun mixed avenue your choice,

    • @Jackdemno
      @Jackdemno ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Also lagos is divided into the mainland and the island , the island areas have well structured, paved roads such as lekki sub city, ajah, osapa london, lekki County, lekki lakwoe sub city ,, you can check another Nigeria city you can look up driving in abuja , so it depends on where you choose to live as a wealthy person

      @Czechineffect the rich the government? Does the rich fix American roads? Talk about the bad successive governments of Nigeria. the biggest economy in Africa and 30th in the world, can't fix its roads? You're expecting individuals to do and maintain it? Yes! In rural areas rich individuals help in developing their villages more especially igbos in southeast.
