Over the last 30 days I have applied alot of of what you guys talk about. I had the president of the company come to me and say "I have never had a broker discuss with me why or how the market shift" This was a previous podcast topic... with that being said thank you for everything you guys are doing!

Great and refreshing content. I've been in the industry for 7 years and finally ventured out on my own. What you guys were talking about some of my senior reps only glazed over. Love the part at the end. " Get somebody that wants to work with you; because they know, like and trust you the rest is just details ". Look forward to more great content and insights. You both rock!

Hey, I think one of the good topics might be handling objections, how do you deal with lead when they say : don't call here again?, I'm not interested and etc. Thank you!

@@evguenimertodjan3090 the short answer is, call again and try to reach someone else to determine if that’s true. We’ll cover this in detail this week on Final Mile.

How would you explain to a new agent? How to effectively quote lanes from scratch with mileage and dollars per miles. Depending on commodity and the regions of the country.

Use DAT or Truck Stop, there should be a rate matrix
