2022 Dec മാസം ഒരു Flat 49Lk ന് sale ചെയ്തു . എന്നാൽ ITR File ചെയ്തില്ല . 2010 ൽ 21 Lk ന് Purchase ചെയ്തതായതു കൊണ്ട് capital gain Tax വരില്ല എന്നാണ് ഒരു CA Consultant പറഞ്ഞത്. ഇപ്പോൾ ITR file ചെയ്യുമ്പോൾ അത് കാണിക്കേണ്ടി വരുമോ ? 1:32

Last year itr file cheythu. Ee year itr file cheythilla. Tax onnum adakkanilla as per new slab anusarich. ITR file cheyyanam ennundo. Site nokkiyappol 5k aanu fine kaanunnath.
