I love my EV6. I had no idea they were making this when I got mine or I would have waited. I love that Green with that interior. It keeps saying conditions not met when you adjust the regen because you can't adjust it while hitting the brakes. You can only adjust it while accelerating or coasting. No idea why, it's just the way it is. You can pull and hold the left paddle while coasting to come to a complete stop. You can also pull and hold the right paddle to activate auto regen mode. It's one of my favorite features. It uses the radar to adjust the regen level, you barely have to use the brake around the city. So relaxing.
Videos like this that provide inaccurate model year for click bait and then cover the exact same overview of an EV6 that’s been done by hundreds of other creators doesn’t help.
Love that Green! I have an Urban Yellow First Edition, but this is sweet, too.

Did Kia make any announcement about this NA Edition? I can't find anything about it.
I am not sure about the green. Maybe I will warm up to it. The beige interior is nice though!
I like the heads-up display that I was seeing. Kia just needs to build this in their West Point, Georgia factory where they going to build their EV9. I do think some changes needs to be made with the second gen of this.
I notice that the steering wheel is totally round and they got rid of the horizontal bottom. It made it easier to get in and out. I live in Montreal, I’m on a waiting list since April, delivery will be a minimum of 24 months. In Quebec the Federal and Provincial EV rebates amount to $12,000. A hefty incentive. Our province has the highest sales for EV’s compared to other provinces. In Ontario the government cancelled the rebate and sales plummeted.

This is a Limited Edition version of the 2023 EV6 with special green paint. NOT 2024, this is misleading.... :(
I drive my EV6 is this green for 18 months now. In Europe this is just a standard color.
Not in the u.s. it isn't...they are only making 1000 of these.

I have the 23 ev6GT AWD, GT mode and drift mode are absolutely insane. Hellcats, Corvette, Camaro SS, all versions of Tesla except plaid have all been left in the dust. A few days I was informed by a backseat passenger that the rear seats recline! Very unique feature I didn't know until then.
they NEED to change the rear turn signals
I love the design but this car isn't nearly as practical for most people in comparison to a traditional hybrid vehicle.

I would an Ev6. They're too pricy for me though....... Also currently living in a upstairs apartment. Living in an apartment makes a EV very inconvenient. =/.
I'm looking at trying to buy a house next year and possibly driving 15000-20000 miles a year. So an EV with Level 2 and DC fast charging would be nice.
Main cars I am looking at are Model 3, Ev6, Equinox EV. So far the Equinox EV and a Model 3 are probably the main things I am looking at. I'm waiting for the 2024 rebate off sticker.....

KIA EV6 GT line over 60k euro in The Netherlands. Way too expensive! Also over 12 months delivery....otherwise great car
They are selling, just not delivering... still waiting for mine, and many others with me. I ordered 2022 and delivery will be early 2024.
What trim did you order? Plenty of Winds and GTs in my area.

I have ordered mine (comète Grey and active line) in february 2022. I have been aviser it Will be delivered in septembre 2023. I live in France
Not only are they sitting on lots here they're offering $10,000 off the MSRP.
Me likes the racing green, and the tan interior color! I'm so done with black, and white is too stark, and gray is too bland. The price is approaching Lyriq-land, however. This station wagon should be no more than $50k. Some say the audio system is pitiful and range should be closer to 300, Otherwise, pretty damn good EV.
Are those people getting the Bose sound system, or whatever the not basic system is?
NO white or light grey or tan seats or panels. Black seats are 60’s 70’s 80’s they have to go. Need to upgrade the interior seats and door panels colors.
The regen didnt work becuase of the max battery level was set to whatever it was. Since regen sends energy back to the battery, the battery wont accept anymore cuz the max level was met.
I don't have anything valid to comment. I just wanted to say the colors remind me og a duck. I think the duck is called a Mallard.

These special or first editions are always WIND on the outside and GT-line on the inside. That's what makes them unique. These are perfect for people that prefer the Wind on the outside but want the goodies of the GT-line. I wish they didn't use so much gloss black on the GT-line tho.
People here in Toronto have been waiting min. 1yr to get their delivery for both ev6 and Ioniq 5.
Due to still high demand, some dealers are "driving" them and selling them as 'used car' and can raise prices becasue Mark ups on brand new car is not allowed.

That's not a GT-Line tho. GT-line has different bumpers.
It’s kind of weird. Wind bumpers with all the GT-Line additional features. I just bought this exact car yesterday.

@@strlgag1811 If you look at the window sticker, it's not from the factory. It's made by someone else than the factory that makes the cars.
There is no such thing as a GT-Line without GT-Line trim outside.
And no one has ever claimed it to be a GT, Just a basic EV6.

Range anxiety, not every station charge ports work, charging has gotten more expensive and the grid still isn't ready for a large amount of EVs! Basically, it's another passing fad!
You leave your house with a full charge every day. You return home with plenty to spare every day.
I have owned EVs for over 4 years now (I know newer to them) and never once have I thought about stopping at a charging station. Just like stopping at a gas station. They are a complete waste of time.
The EV charges itself at home just like you would charge your mobile phone and your electric power tools.
As an ev6 owner range anxiety is something you don’t get in an EV6. Did a 275 mile journey in it last week still had 30 miles of range. Super fast charging 10-80% in 18 mins too. But mostly just charge overnight on cheap rate.

Same here…. just not interested in the same old jellybean electric car that everyone else is selling. I know people who own these and really like them but I’m guessing it’s a small pool of people.

One of the reasons that "EV's aren't selling" is that a fair number of salespeople are absolutely clueless about the EVs they're selling. I stopped in a Kia dealer today. I asked questions, and received blank stares. It was a very short KIA visit
