Tried it out today. Came out very yummy. Did not have green capsicum. Replaced it with little bit red capsicum and celery. The coriander aroma from the dish is superb.
Even at 57 I am poor in cooking. Only normal olden days curries used to cook. But my daughter made me to get interest in cooking by watching your videos. Now what ever the recipe I am depending on you. Many many thanks. Your narration is excellent. 🙏🙏🙏

Amazing recipe I did not have capsicum so I used egg instead and have not used water so the moist from the egg helped cook mushroom my family including my toddler enjoyed a lot thank you sir for sharing 😊
