    Mushroom Biryani
    Ingredients:-
    Mushrooms- 300g
    Basmati Rice - 2 cups
    Onion- 2
    Curd - 1 cup
    Mint- 1 bunch
    Coriander leaves- 1 bunch
    Chilli powder- 1 tb spn
    Coriander powder- 1 tb spn
    Cumin powder- 1 tsp
    Garam masala - 1 tsp
    Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
    Lemon - 1
    Saffron- 1 tsp
    Whole Garam Masala
    Salt - To Taste
    Oil - 2 tsp
    Ghee - 2 tsp
    Water - As Required
    Method:
    In a pan add ghee and sauté mushrooms, then add salt, pinch of Garam masala. Toss it for 3-4 minutes and keep aside.
    Same pan add oil, onion slices and salt. Sauté it till onions turn into golden brown colour. Then add ginger garlic paste , mint leaves, curd, chilli powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, coriander leaves and toss it.
    Add sautéed mushrooms to them masala mix it well and keep aside.
    In a pot boil 5 cups of water for 2 cups of Basmati Rice. Bring it to a boil, add oil, salt, whole garam masala and 30 minutes soaked basmati rice. Mix it once and cook it on medium flame for 6-7 minutes . Add this boiled rice to mushroom masala mix layer with mint, coriander, brown onions and saffron water. Dum cook it for 5-8 minutes and the switch off the flame. Let it rest for 5 minutes then serve it hot with Raita and Salad.
