I feel the release of pain in my spine as my irritated bowels improve. It has taken several months & much of the time, the following day is uncomfortable. HOWEVER, not giving up on this is allowing me to sleep

This practice had some nice awareness to bring, and an unexpected effect of warmth in my heart chakra at the final sitting pose. Was it designed to stimulate parts of the TCM stomach meridian? Is that something yoga can do?
