    Never in the world ....FIRST RESPONDERS HAVE been MENTIONED
    That is where our Sleep pattern and INSOMNIA started.
    Shift working for 40 - 50 years, has caused our Chronic Insomnia. ❤❤😢😢😢

      When you feel the fear, allow yourself to feel it, but you can choose to be brave anyway and rest away or something you enjoy.

    Yes agree it's fear. I get so stressed due to having to get up for work the next day.

      That's definitely no fun when you have to wake up early for work and going through insomnia. Ugggh I have been there too working as a nurse. Just remember that you can't force yourself to sleep and the more you try to force it, the less sleep you are going to get. 🙂
