Do you have a video or a picture by chance of the RED back glass on an S22 Ultra. I did the RED on my S21 Ultra and loved it...but traded it in for the S22 Ultra yesterday and I was hoping to find someone had put one on the S22 I could view before I do the swap. I really liked the Transparent back you did in the other video very labor intensive.🤯

I removed the burgundy color back glass from this s22 ultra and do a restoration with body swapped.
@@ersbit Yep I've seen the burgundy in person, not a fan of that color however. I used a "RED" like a ruby red aftermarket(still had SAMSUNG logo though) back glass on my S21 from Amazon, and thought you might. It's a color the factory dosent make for the Ultra line only for the non Ultras (for whatever reason) but the aftermarket decided since they have the color for the other glass they make why not make it for all the models. So it's technically a factory color just not for S21 Ultra.
you dont have to remove the camera lense on you new back cover do you? like if the who cover is cracked and the camera lense is also cracked. can i just put the new back cover on? without replacing the old one?
You don't have to do transfer the camera bezel to the new back glass if it already cons with the camera bezel and camera lenses.

Above I replaced the back with and transfered the camera lenses because the new back glass did not have the camera stuff.

So is it not possible to buy a new glass one as the original? Also, once it's replaced the phone will lose its water resistance power, is it?
Yes. ifixit has original parts from Samsung. On other websites it's good quality products but there is no way to confirm it is original from Samsung!
Ok now if you buy and install the original rear glass from Samsung will water resistance be restored? We simply do not know unless you try and by trying you might or might not get it damage. That is why I recommend avoiding water that's easier. If ifixit can guarantee that it will be water-resistant after installation you can go with their answer.
