Finesse kayak fishing 7 Islands State Park - French Broad River, Knoxville, TN

Another great spur of the moment trip on the French Broad River! Had hopes of catching fish on more moving baits, but they wanted finesse presentations.
Bio: I am a life long Knoxville, TN angler. Fishing from the bank, kayak, or bass boat. This channel is my creative outlet, but I also hope we can share adventures and learning experiences. Thanks for watching and subscribing! I’ve now been BFS fishing for a few months and really enjoy it. There are some baits that I still feel better with on a spinning rod, but I think it’s because my combo is right hand retrieve. Don’t feel as in control with senkos and flukes.

Maybe someone said already, but just trying to be helpful - that plastic craw should be hopped along the bottom or even drag it - seems like you're reeling it in like it's a spinnerbait or something. I could be seeing it wrong. Again, just trying to help. Craws don't just "fly" through the water like that. :)
