- Turkish Sesame Bagel 土耳其貝果｜Apron
Lukewarm water 溫水 130ml
Caster sugar 细砂糖 10g / 1.5Tbsp
Instant yeast 即溶酵母 3g / 1tsp
Bread flour 高筋面粉 250g / 1,3/4cup
Sea salt 海鹽 0.5g / 1/8tsp
Olive oil 橄榄油 20ml / 1.5Tbsp
Lukewarm water 溫水 100ml
Molasses sugar 黑糖 15g / 2Tbsp
Sesame seed 芝麻 35g / 1/4cup
Bake at 200°C / 390°F for 12-15 minutes
摄氏200 / 华氏390 烘烤 12-15分钟

Turkish guy here, this looks really nice, good job! One constructive tip: try using roasted sesame seeds for the crust, it gives a better aroma to the simit.

Apron your recipes are simple easy and with low budget i mean baking is with butter and chocolate most of the time but you make it easy for us Pakistani guys bcs here good chocolate is very expensive
