Sticky Water or Weaker Washing Liquid and Shampoo?

I still wash dishes by hand and it seems harder to get rid of grease on utensils.
Also,I leave them to drip dry and there are still water blobs on them after a day out.
The shampoo, I have short hair,and it takes three applications to have clean hair.
Sometimes the washing liquid has too many bubbles and other times it is lifeless.
