Yeah, the hearlds of Unicron are much bigger than I imagined, I went into this video thinking it would be a very simple/easy video to make and was genuinely blown away with the length of it

In my version the herald’s of unicron are unicrons equal to the primes. They lead unicrons forces. When unicron is defeated he is stuck in the dead universe. Eons later megatronus prime gets thrown in the dead universe they only interact via telepathy but megatronus while might have betrayed his brothers refuses to take unicrons offer but this interaction makes unicron wonder why a prime is here so he uses his fragments to see what happened he then uses the power from those fragments to corrupt some of them. The transformers he corrupts are Nova prime, Straxus, Victory Leo, a mind broken Star saber, Monstrucktor, Abomanis, Megatron, Gold fire, Sideways, Galvatron, Berserker, and finally Nemesis Prime.

I had made some expanded lore for my version of sideways explaining more about his power and how he gain his interdimensional traveling abilities, hint it wasn't by unicron
You know there was a cancelled series called transformers supercross , that was suposed to take place after armada were unicron was badly damaged and to repair himself he starts to snatch transformers across the multiverse and in this series the energon powers would have been feature as a side effect for those who stay in unicron's surface for too long, and the armada autobots would meet the g1, bw and rid characters trapped inside and forced to fight in arenas around unicron's surface and it was suposed to have 4 seasons there is even concept art of various versions of optimus prime from across the multiverse but the series got cancelled and got turned into the transformers universe comics published by botcon .

Unicron would be a constant threat always right behind then along with his heralds with then being repelled from time to time by using the same abilities they got from energon. He wants the purest form of sparks who at the time the script labeled then as allsparks and the characters from past series would have that special spark and by the end of the series the charcters from the previous cartoons would discover that their home universes were destroyed by unicron leaving then stranded in the armada universe , and as unicron draws near cybertron a massive army composed of autobots and decepticons would battle unicron and as the battle goes on primus would have been awakened and would give the autobots the power to destroy unicron's body , but his spark was sent adrift in space leaving the door open for a sequel and since the other continuities were destroyed armada would be the only main continuity for the franchise .

Not sure if it counts, but in one comic, Galvatron 2's ghost possessed Cyclonus, tried to use Unicron's dead body as a power up, but Unicron's spirit instead offered him a semi-revived ghost of Starscream, Armada Thrust, Prime Breakdown, and an upgraded Roller (as in Optimus's rover thing) to become his ultimate form of Grand Galvatron. Once again, not sure if it counts, or if they even served Unicron, but I figured it was worth mentioning.

Not sure if it counts, but in one comic, Galvatron 2's ghost possessed Cyclonus, tried to use Unicron's dead body as a power up, but Unicron's spirit instead offered him a semi-revived ghost of Starscream, Armada Thrust, Prime Breakdown, and an upgraded Roller (as in Optimus's rover thing) to become his ultimate form of Grand Galvatron. Once again, not sure if it counts, or if they even served Unicron, but I figured it was worth mentioning.
