    My 4yr boy woke up yesterday at 8am and the first thing out of his mouth was "I want fufu". I smiled and said "hold my hibiscus tea", I got this, Auntie Nanaaba hooked me up with some fresh fufu recipe. 😂😂😂

    • @NanaabasKitchen
      @NanaabasKitchen  6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      Yes, I tried that method as well with the ninga food processor or blender that had a long rod with blades along the entire Bieber of the middle rod, and the fufu came together fine. However, it does not turn out as stretchy as this method of blending the raw ingredients before cooking. Thank you so much for your great question, your support and please continue to stay engaged with Nanaaba’s Kitchen! Much love👍🏾🙏🏾💕

    Can I buy yuca from the store and make this right away or would I need to ferment it 1st ?

    Might be a silly queston...but can I store left over fufu in the fridge and warm it up the next day?

    • @NanaabasKitchen
      @NanaabasKitchen  6 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You can, but it will firm up a little and the texture of it may be quite altered. It’s a great question! Thank you!!

    Can the plantain be semi ripe or a lil … not fully ripe but a little? Wondering… and do I have to add the cassava? Can it just be plantain?

    Looks amazing 😋 Do you have any pestle alternatives or a link to a good one somewhere online?

    • @NanaabasKitchen
      @NanaabasKitchen  5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You may use a wooden ladle or spoon. You may also use stiff silicon spatula.
