I have made this recipe and it turned out delicious! The only thing I am not sure, I used lamb tripe rather than the beef one...Does Ghanaian people use lamb tripe for this recipe or it is too strong taste?!
My mum also adds rosemary,nkitinkiti and other local spices 2 her chopped ginger n garlic and blends dem 2geda jux like how u did it. We still hv some leftover Christmas goat meat in our freezer. I wanted 2 use it for goat suya but i think after watching dis video my mind has shifted 2 nkrakra😋
