You can do it but the control are still auto. Just change follow mode to fpv mode in the setting

what fps modes do you have in the goggles? I'm assuming when recording in 4k the experience is pretty crappy with only having 30fps in the goggles right?

In the goggle is 50fps but the recording only 30. Will try other setting to confirm this.
