Qi2 is still incredibly new. Only one Android phone so far has it afaik and it isn't a major brand, so it'll take some time to get it integrated. Likely next generation for all the major manufacturers. One problem is that products typically take a few years to go from concept to release, and Qi2 was released as a standard last year, so virtually all the phones would have been in the latter half of their design cycle by then which would be a bit late to make a design change like that. Of course, many of the manufacturers are involved in designing these standards, so they certainly have a leg up on implementing them quickly.
Because not many people care about Wireless charging and companies don’t see the need to put faster wireless charging especially when it creates more heat. true, just got full body and screen replacement for my ZFlip 5. thankfully it was free cz under Scare+, I will reconsider to buy S Care+ for next year.

Flip style devices right now are probably best suited to infrequent/light phone users who value the compact size but still want a nice phone and are happy to spend for it, most average users for various reasons should still get a slab phone.
