Thank you so much. There aren’t a lot of videos that walk you through like this. I feel like a lot of shops gate keep knowledge to keep you underpaid. Thank you.
Uh, without your Grooving with Mazatrol video, I was ready to scream. Mazak manuals need a major refresh. Big thank you..................................
Man, I started learning machining about a month ago, and i've picked up a lot, but your videos just exponentially increased my learning with writing the program. The guy that's been teaching me is knowledgeable, but he is not a great teacher. Thank you so much! Please keep it up!
To skip to the last groove! when you're at tool path, hit right page arrow one more time, then you should see a process short cut. select the last process. you're doing an awesome job man. keep it up :)Matthew.
@@pandorasdj well no sh sherlock holmes it is conversational alright but someone i can't convey my messages to the other party pitch is 0 if it's one groove pitch is distance from one to another like threads basically
Thank you so much for this video. I used to program older Mazatrol T1 and T2 control there is a difference how to program in grooving it seems the newer control the grooving programming is much easier.
Thanks, I'm glad to see some mazatol videos, how about some live tool stuff? I"m a fanuc guy learning mazatrol, I like the turning and the live drilling is not too bad, but the milling.......I have a lot to learn! this is a matrix control, looks close to your 640, we use some double (Y) holders and the tool data is a bit tricky, you know multiple tools for the same station on the turret (sucks) I think fanuc"s got e"m beat on that. keep up the good work!
Thanks really enjoy this seeing im going to be trained on a mazak smart control giving myself a head start so im not dunfounded how close is this to the smart control i wonder ?
You're too critical of yourself. You definitely do not suck at this. I'd say you're doing very well. I've never been on a Mazak. I can write gcode or use CAM software to make parts, but after watching your videos I feel like I could almost step up to your machine and make it look like I've been using it for a while.
hi, E CNC, thanks for making this video. I can do most anything part with canned cycle. It just the new trend now is mazaktrol program. I have a few question, Can you do some more npt thread, and blunt start??? what about face groove??. Also if you can please make some more for mill program thanks... :).... hehe i ask too much , do i??
You definitely do not completely suck, these video tutorials are incredibly invaluable. Is there anywhere I could download a dummy version of the Mazatrol program so I can get a better feel for how to apply your lessons?
@@shadowdsfire do you know how to set G54? does mazatrol have G54? or what do you call it? in okuma i set up with ONE TOOL and then CALIBRATE other tools

how do you skip a toolpath
@@Crusaderglenn well ? did it work for you what control do you have?
Thank you so much my friend i never programmed on Mazak before. This is really interesting.
I only been programming for a month and I'm starting to get pretty good at it and I always watch your videos for reference your awesome
Thank you!
this is the best video I 've learn for cnc ,please keep posting more video, thank you
Thank you so much for your videos!. They're very helpful for me!!!.
I truly appreciate your help this is bringing back memories for me I used to program on a T-2 MAZATROL

ya I can wip up some videos on live milling this weekend. thank you.
best Mazatrol video . no nois good
Mazak the best CNC machine
To check the process you are programming at the time you can use the restart and put in that unit or process number
Thank you thank you brother your the best 💯💯💯
Can you use groove option #1 with 90 degrees so the finish pass cleans the entire groove?
Yeah I think the reason Mazatrol never clicked was I'm so stuck in EIA. Never thought of it as programming the feature, not the movement.
Good morning a question, to start in a tool that I want? So that it doesn't run from the beginning
very helpful, thanks bud.
Gracias
Awesome Video. Thanksss
please posting for parameter,I would like to learn about that ,thank you so much for all of you video

How can i contact the creator of this video?
Great vid. So... what if I want a .120 radius in both lower corners? Where do I add that?
Just under CNR. You input the radius here.
