These are some of the easiest and simultaneously hard videos to shoot 😂 it's a huge effort just to get everyone to stop talking and giggling for just a few minutes!
I love that y'all did this channel. What is better than watching candy being made? Watching candy being made without talking and with all the little sounds amplified.
I could listen to peanut brittle being cut with the giant scissors all day long... wow! This channel is fascinating. Someone else mentioned it, but I would also enjoy subtitles explaining the process or any little tidbits you'd like to add about what is being done. Thanks for your efforts!
Out of all my years making peanut brittle. I have learned one thing about the outside of the peanut is that it affects the brittle in 3 ways. One is flavor of the brittle. Another is the color. Last is texture of it. Other than that I really enjoy watching.
I love your peanut brittle. It's so good!! I'm trying to save up to order the one pound box. (The shipping is really expensive) Your dark chocolate pecan turtles are awesome!! Keep up the good (and tasty!!), work!!
My wife and I do this every winter! We need cold dry winter air to cool our peanut brittle. Otherwise it gets sticky. Fun to watch the pros do it! We use her grandmother's recipe. We add the peanuts to the liquid when you did a spoon in the liquid and it spins a thread.
What are the two white powdery looking substances that get added? Surely, it's not more sugar, since the liquid it gets put into is already molten sugar!
I love how baking soda reacts with hot sugar slurries for brittles and foams
It never gets old 😍
I am totally in love with this channel! Thank you all for the effort. It can’t be always easy to not talk 😅

I'll keep that in mind when editing the next video!
@@HerculesCandyASMRwhat is the reason behind cooking in copper kettles?? Your channel is really cool btw.
Interesting take. Me, too. Now!
How nice to see that people still make hand crafted candies. I would love some of that brittle right now.
I love the no talking videos. Way better than all yall jabbering about nothing.
This channel is definitely better suited for you then!
well dad is happy, we can sigh in relief 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
So satisfying to watch. Their candy is so darn good.
Thanks Crystal!
The best part........NO ANNOYING MUSIC!
Great video with Julia and Ezra! You guys make it look so easy. Happy New Year to everyone at Hercules 🎉🎊
Thanks! You too!

That with some dark chocolate on top😮💨👌
The sound of peanut brittle being poured onto the cooling table !
If I was there I’d be in heaven as I love peanut brittle!
Thanks! 🙂
This video is gonna be a good sleep aid for me.
That's what we're here for!
I could listen to an hour of the bagging process. Those crinkles are sleep medicine.💊 ✅
I love hearing your guys’ conversations lol. I also love putting on the ASMR videos for background noise. 😁
That Snoopy apron is so cute!
Made peanut brittle by your recipe. What can I say... Perfection.
I'm glad you liked it!
The aroma must be wonderful
It really is!
For these type of videos, maybe add some captions to explain what is being done. Especially for new viewers
I could do that for the coming videos
Lol
Yay! Julia’s back!
Haha did she go somewhere?
Ah the two Master Shredders. Terry and the Teeange Mutant Ninja Turtles will be proud
I watch so many of these videos, I should order some candy from them.
I NEED SOME RIGHT NOW😭😭😭 I LOOKS SO GOOD

not trying to take away their business but we made peanut brittle at home (it can be done in a microwave) it was easy, and delicious
That is my favorite candy.
Julia over here leading like a boss!
What does ASMR stand for? I prefer to hear you guys talking.
1( google asmr 2) you want talking ....... yeet
Those folks must have some great muscles! Awesome!
I want a bite before it hardens! Great video 👍
WANT peanut brittle SO BAD right now.
Did y’all pour old peanut brittle into the new batch?
13:50 might be a dumb question but are those the bags that go out on sale in your store ?? and more importantly do you ship internationally ? :P
Did y’all pour old peanut brittle into the new batch at 1:01?
2:24 my mans shaking proper looks like hes shiteing himself

Used to work at a boutique candy factory we would put out about 7-800 pounds of this in a shift fortunately we had savage stoves with agitator
It is ok to move the barrel closer to the burner. 🍬🍫
They started breaking up that peanut brittle and my mouth watered badly from then on.
I would like to see a scene of Steve getting angry without words. See if Julia can hold her laugh.
I absolutely would not be able to
How often do you have to sharpen your sissors?
We actually don't!
I want to eat peanut brittle but with no peanuts I can't eat peanuts anymore, but brittle is soooo good.
Why do you add a few pieces of previously made brittle to the mix? 🤔
So nothing goes to waste! The pieces of previous batches get "reconstituted" into the new batch by the heat.
The extension cord hanging over the table with the peanut brittle should be a cord with a surge protector, so someone won't be shocked.😊
a surge protector doesn't keep one from getting shocked, jes sayin
❤❤❤
I love peanut brittle but didn't get any made this yr
But why bother cutting? Why not just wait till it cools & break apart?
We need to spread it out more to make in thinner and easier on the teeth. Cutting it into pieces let's us stretch especially the middle better
Do you have any videos on what the clean up after all this?
Not yet
What about poppyseed lemon creams? 😂
Well we make lemon creams, but not lemon poppyseed haha
Science is just cool. I love watching them add the baking soda. 🩷
😊👍👍
whats the purpose of the strech.?...love the videos
I'm not sure but I believe it has to do with making it thinner and more breakable. But Steve definitely knows!
Yes! It makes it easier to eat without breaking your teeth 😂
Вы что онимели все?😂
What are the two white powdery looking substances that get added? Surely, it's not more sugar, since the liquid it gets put into is already molten sugar!
Baking soda, it makes the brittle rise and ger fluffy
May i know the what degree u put at last end
How much is the batch 55-60 lbs.?
can we see more shipping packages vids please
I love peanut brittle 🎉 in my mouth 😂 Lol😅
idk how you all handle it….. i would be eating the merchandise all day long instead of selling it lol
Is this a new channel? What happened to the old one
The old one is for talking, this new one is for sounds of candy making
The bantering back and forth is the best part of this channel. No more silent videos please.
This is their ASMR channel! All of their talking is on their normal Hercules Candy channel. Hope that helps! 😊
