kind of wild seeing old MGs when you're so used to modern MGs being totally color accurate with good parts separation.

I know right. Usually I'm thinking that the less pieces there are, the better the kit, but actually sometimes having more pieces would give you better part separation. The whole model kit world is kind of a mixed bag now that I think about it 🤔

I just finished painting and assembling this kit. Not bad for 2001. I was expecting a lot of outdated runner designs but the worst thing I saw was the need for screws to put joints together.
