The thing with the Jabber is that in cases like this his leadership gets low so quickly because of the “attacked in the rear” debuff, which honestly SEM like the Jabber should definitely not have. Also the attack animations on the Jabber seems to push more the gobbo’s than damage them
Personally, I feel a lot of the SEMs in this game would benefit from having the "Immune to Flanking" trait... Bastilidons have it, and they can happily sit in a melee grind all day.

Very interesting test. I'd love to see more tests like this to diversify from the pure 1vs1.

Seeing the Jabber be routed off so easily by lowly goblins just further drives home how anemic most SEMs are in this game...
