Calv, this car on car check says its a 3ltr A4. Not S4. Strange. I should only use car vertical, was using vehicle smart
You should have turned the traction control off to go quicker. The traction control holds these cars back.

First thing I’d do to that car is straighten up the rear plate! My ocd couldn’t handle it🤣

I bought a b8 s4 in october last year, was and still am amazed with it but when i seen the specs and the updated interior of the b9 i wish i had of waited and bought a b9 although the b8's are supercharged and i mean youve got to love a supercharge whine especailly if youve not experienced a supercharged car before.
I moved from a B8 A5 too a B9 A5, night and day. Reckon the B8 looks better though. Still no regrets.
If it's not stage 2 please do it :)

Absolute beast of a car, especially that the 67 plate was probably the last one before all the new emissions laws came in and made us have gpf filters and make cars sound crap, that will make it a much sort after car.
This car was a short life car, it ended production because of the OPF filters so all of them are without. But because of this as mentioned there wasn’t many made which is why the value has held so well
Had the B9 saloon for 3 years was a fantastic daily and great car all round .

I have a B9 S5 coupe and the interior/technology is what done it for me vs anything else i was looking at of the same year, m340i/440i /c43 amg, even og m2, and prefacelift rs3s. Mines got pan roof, red leather interior, carbon inlays and virtual cockpit. Plus compared to golf r’s s3’s m140/240i you dont see s4/5’s around that much, very underrated cars for the money
They are underrated for a reason, the Audi remains and will always be the bastard child of the German trio...

What did you use to do the check on the car? Looked much more detailed than the app I use
great cars these fast estates, rapid and have all the practicality to go with it, plus it doesn't handle like a fridge on wheels like an suv

@@niknakz4339 Listen mate, you stick to the fiat 500 as your dream daily to take you and the boyf to nandos then if your worried about the RS6 being too big. Have you got kids? Do you know how much crap you have to lug round with you everytime you leave the house.
@@davey6024 maybe he meant as in to wide, I know in London it would be a challenge to drive this around and especially park it. You take a full lane almost on the road and there’s way to many drivers that can’t maintain there lane.
@@piovo5222 Londons full of range rovers (chelsea tractors). If people can daily them in the capitol then an RS6 should be no problem.
Not sure if you get them in the UK but would be interested in your opinion on a SQ5 TDI. Ours goes like a scalded cat and gets over 1000ks from a tank of diesel.

Does look and drive well Calvin I totally agree but is it worth saving the money over the RS?
B9 S4 avant will be purchased in a year or so. Currently got an Allroad Bitdi stage 1 and it doesn't hang about either, but the s4's are a good bit lighter so should be even more responsive to drive etc. 👌😎

Love mine. Definitely the best all round car I’ve had. That should launch better than that though. Sometimes it feels a little sluggish initially, so using lc should give you some good 0-60 times.

Didn't seem like a proper launch mode, just hitting the accelerator - which can have a half-second difference I recon
Mine is APR stage 1 which got it close to my 2019 M5 Comp, just seen Awesome in Irlam have a stage 3 for the B9 S4..... 720bhp and 980NM. Tempted

I have the B9 S5 Gran Coupe. On a recent drive from Derbyshire to Devon I averaged 42mpg. I get around 30mpg combined which for the power is incredible. I've had a stage 1 so now running at just under 400 bhp. Some companies are quoting up to 430 bhp on a stage 1!
The only negative is the passenger seat belt rattle and the brushed aluminium trim scratches just by looking at it!
Mine does the same pull the belt (when not in use) buckle all the way upto the top stops it rattling around..worked for me!

Totally my sort of car. Currently have a leon cupra st which is excellent but could see myself in something like this... but the money is the issue, just like you said. If I could afford one though I know I would then question getting the rs4, lol.
Has this got the differential. Auto trader advert says it has, but doesn’t mention adaptive dampers. Spec on your HPI app says it’s got adaptive dampers, but couldn’t see the differential.

From 333bhp to 450 on a stage 1 tune, mind blowing. Still in the honeymoon period with it in stock power for now, but have an intake and res delete.
I have a car thats better faster and well quicker,trust me she weighs in at 1200 kilo.
I haven’t driven the S4/RS4 but I do own a Audi RS5 B9 Coupe and it is the perfect daily for me (no kids). Can’t recommend the Audi S/RS’s enough they are a pleasure to drive. I have also got a stage 1 engine & gearbox tune. Puts out around 515bhp. If you get your hands on the RS4 Calvin definitely stage 1 it. Night and day difference!! 💪🏼

I really like these cars. I'm in the market for a fast estate at the moment as my 11 months old german shepherd has outgrown my Cupra boot. So I'm going to get either an S4 Avant on about a 2011 year, or a newer Cupra estate. Love the idea of a B8 but they have all done about 100kish miles now and I worry about how much that would cost to keep in order.
I've just bought a 2016 F11 535d. Absolute beast, and can do 50mpg if you drive at 60mph

The styling on the a4 Avant just gets better and better and they age so well. I’ve owned a B7, B8 and now a B9, loved every one of them. I couldn’t justify the fuel economy of the S4 against my TDI though. 😢
What was the economy on your S4? I am thinking about switching from my 2.0tdi 140 kw to an S4 and thinking about the difference there. Thanks !
@@Bulkololko maybe the way my post reads but I’ve never had an S4. As I said, I couldn’t justify the fuel costs when I’m getting 60+mpg with the current b9 a4 Avant.
@@L33ETH ohhh ok that makes sense :D The same with me haha.. especially when I painted the callipers red and got a wide 19 inch wheels, if it were not for "only" 2 exhaust pipes, you could not tell it's an A4
@@Bulkololko yeah mine has the diamond cut 19s so looks pretty good from stock. I’d want to take the quad exhaust off the s4, de badge it and have it as a sleeper. Also the thieving scum wouldn’t be as interested in taking it off your drive
@@Bulkololko my mates just sold his b9 s4 and gone back to a 2.0tdi. He said there was no point in having it because he was driving like a granny everywere because it just ate petrol.

Loved this Calvin, love the S4, fast refined car with plenty of space. They are very tunable too, stage 3 these are now capable of 700hp.
They aren’t fast, Much slower than an s3, but quick enough for an estate

700bhp custom build not stage 3 unless you are dreaming . Expensive to upgrade to they power too

Did you use launch control? I reckon it would be quicker than the 4.9 using LC.
My s5 does it in about 4.9/4.8 too with launch control. My cousins old 540i did it in 4.4 with launch control and his 545e does it in 4.0 bang on 😂😂 and that’s not even an M Lite car. That with a stage 1 tune would easily upset even the latest rs6
You could hear that it was without LC. He just started without reving the engine while holding the brake also with LC enabled the AMAX shift program will be active. Then you don't have the farts when it shifts in 2 and 3 gear. Some magazines and in some videos you can read and see that with LC they can do it in under 4,4s.
My b9 S5 does 4.5s when I launch it and that's not even at 3000rpm he should of break boost launched

Such a shame the previous owner didn't spec a sunroof on it, especially when it has a black headline. My s3 has black headline and the sunroof balances the light, I'll never get another car without sunroof
