Creality CR-10 SE 3D Printer with Upgraded 600mm/s Printing Speed, CR Touch Auto Leveling, Precision Linear Rails, 300℃ Hot End Sprite Direct Extruder, Print Volume 8.66'' x 8.66'' x 9.84''
600mm/s High-Speed Printing: With a printing speed of up to 600 MM/S, Creality CR-10 SE reduces production time and allows you to produce more in less time, making it ideal for saving your time, even when working on sizable objects. It is fast while maintaining print quality.
Hands-Free Auto Leveling: The Creality CR-10 SE 3D printer comes with a hands-free auto-leveling feature that uses the CR Touch and a strain sensor for auto Z offset. This feature ensures that you get a perfect first layer without any manual calibration, saving you time and effort.
Algorithms for Refined Print Quality: The printer’s algorithms for refined print quality ensure that input shaping mitigates vibrations for minimal ringing or ghosting. With motion advance, the feeding flow is optimized for fewer blobs and oozes.
Precision Linear Rails: Equipped with precision guide rails on both the X and Y axes. These guide rails are made of durable steel and are friction-free, ensuring long-lasting accuracy and stability. The ball bearings on the guide rails further enhance the printer’s precision and stability, resulting in improved print quality and overall printer service life.
Effective Model Cooling Fan: The upgraded 3D printer comes equipped with an effective model cooling fan that channels a strong wind to cool the freshly printed model section instantly. It enhances print quality, particularly for complex models with challenging features like overhangs and fine details. The high-speed fan and U-shaped air duct contribute to more reliable and visually appealing 3D prints.

Literally just purchased one of these as my third Creality machine. Yikes! Not sure why they chose to call it a CR10 and not an Ender variant running Klipper. Lots of added features and seems very robust. Bed slingers in my experience are much easier to maintain and repair than enclosed core xy machines like the K1. Try prusa slicer. You won’t have network printing but much better quality prints. Thank you for the the very informative video!

Hello, I saw that 3D Printing turned out great for you. I have a problem, somehow the bottom layer doesn't stick well enough (maybe it's due to the settings) and that there is a gap between them.(0.15mm layer, 200degrees, 70 print speed). I have Creality CR-10 SE printer.
Can you send me the settings for the Creality Print Slicer so I can try one model to print.

  • @Damien_Clarke

*Question* The ghosting and ringing... anything to do with filament type? Should these speed tests really be done with ePLA-HF filament for to the printer's capabilities and accuracy? Or, does it matter? I cannot find a video with a true comparison between the two. I've seen videos with filaments printed on two different machines, different manufacturers, and different colours being compared. Yes, colours do matter - it's a completely different chemical and bonding composition for each different colour.
So my real question is... Does ePLA-HF make a difference or is it just marking hype?

Two comments: 1. What do you think the reliability of this machine will be given your experience with 3D printers? 2. What add ons would you suggest for this machine, especially the extruder? Finally, is this machine worth the extra $150 or so from the Ender 3 SE? How about a comparison between this and the A1 Mini from Bambu labs? At $400, which is up from last week already, and the less than stellar print quality, it seems that Creality is not going to sell many of these.

CR10SE is abit more robust with a better cast aluminium base. The KE has a plastic base with metal brackets people have complained of gantry wobbling and plastic brass inserts stripping on the KE.

Hello, I follow you and watch your videos. I need help. I would be very happy if you could help me. I will buy a 3D printer, but I am undecided between Creality CR-10 SE and Elegoo Neptune 4 Pro. Which printer do you think I should buy? I don't want it for hobby purposes. I will produce and sell some products. I will usually use ABS filament. This will be my first 3D printer. Very happy if you help.

I had a 3d printer, 5 years old! It does ringing and ghosting, this 3d printer costs around 600 dollars and does the same thing. What is the point of having it when no improvement of print quality, simply increasing the speed with too much noise and vibration. With this amount of money we should get reasonable speed with quality of print.
