    About the Session:
    Warm-up is something that you do to prepare your body for intense exercises and it is very important. Here is a video by Dr. Malhar Ganla, demonstrating a second set of warmup exercises that one should do every day for 20 mins preferably before going for intense exercises.
    These are do-along warmup exercises. Go ahead and include them in your regular exercise routine!
