SIBELIUS tutorial [LAYOUT] - moving staves when they are stuck

Sibelius 8.5
LAYOUT- TROUBLE SHOOTING
The selected staves didn’t move through the usual way (Shift + Alt + arrow up/down). Here is the solution I have found by accident today and thought I could share it with you.
Alt+Shift+Arrow
Easy peasy.
