    is there any risk of breaking the carbon if you tight too hard?

      No not at all. The layers are compressed during the manufacturing process and cannot compress any more

      I’ve been incredibly busy, with other projects, one being my kit car, sadly not much on the Alfa…BUT I have been filming content for it with one door hung and the other being built. Progress is being made and will soon be posted. Thanks for hanging on in there.

      @@alfatechniks887 Yes, that's the way it goes sometimes. I think I mentioned that was interested in the door handle swap over to the GTA style because I'm still mulling over doing the same thing to my '74 GTV (however, no CF doors). I have a couple other body finishes to accomplish and thought it might be a good opportunity to do that mod. Course it would mean filling in the old door handle space and starting from there. In any case, look forward to your next update. Thx.

      Have you watched the video where I have been installing the door handle on lock on the carbon doors? It still utilised the original mechanism with a small mod to add an internal pressure plate
