I really like that the signet art is very evocative of the guilds without having to use their respective symbols. Makes it feel like these signets were created at a time before the guilds each had their symbology nailed down
That Secret Lair package is extremely cool, and the cards are a neat bonus! Signets are always nice to have, and foil signets in old border? Even better!
@@ShadowDragoon004 Well, yeah, Greg Titian (I think I have that right) is the man's name, but The How To Drink guy means everyone knows who I'm talking about right away, y'know?
Look we know the deal here I'm leaving a comment purely to enter the raffle and you get more engagement. I'm okay with it your okay with it and we all get that.
Graham always makes these Crack-A-Packs fun by just being himself. I don't usually like watching people open up product, especially Secret Lairs where I always know what's in them, but Graham's commentary keeps me coming back! Keep up the great work LRR!
This is the new packaging from this drop onwards according to the announcement post. So now we just need to see them fix the ultimate edition ones whenever they do 3
This was by far the best unboxing I've watched in a while. Graham has a way of making generic things so much more entertaining without even appearing to try.
Oh man, this was great. That crate is impressive. Just for context, that mountain is the Jumpstart minotaurs mountain, it's an alternative angle view of Skophos.
WOTC: "Hey, let's send MTG Influencers some rare cards, and stuff they would need for a picnic. The cards won't get ruined, for sure, right?" Hahahahaha
Graham is so right that it would be so much better if the Secret Lairs all came in those smaller, thinner packages! Also, Graham's energy is always literally perfect in these videos and the editing is always completely on point. The editing alone is worth the comment for the interaction so more people see this. I'll just take the added bonus of entering a giveaway
Just found this sieres and am letting youtube pick the next episode, love your comments about the different cards and the little side tracking you take us all along for.
LRR rules! And I am loving this new Crack a Pack series. It reminds me of a the public radio shows “Stardate” and “Bird Note” (especially with the intro and backing ambient music).

Big “I’m confused, but like free stuff” energy from graham
Dont make fun of grahams height. Hes just born different
And very sweaty this episode.
*Packaging:* "Magic the Gathering is intended for players ages 13 and up."
*WotC:* "We know you're a bunch of 30 somethings, here's booze with your Secret Lair."
But they didn't actually ship any booze.
Well i mean you know lotta 13 year old who can spend a couple hundred on secret lairs?
I am child. I drank many secret lair back packs 🤙🤙🤙
@@johlarson only if ur kewl bro
You could just make some virgin mules to serve the whole crowd
"Welcome to the chaos draft. What pack did you bring?" "This cooler full of secret lair"
That would awesome
I first-pick Corn Hole
I see Wizards has discovered the TRUE value of secret lairs: getting drunk and yeeting them into a corn hole.
make sure to buy nonfoil tho! Foils have a very chaotic flying pattern because of their pringle shapes xd!
Wizards: "Want some foil signets?"
Consumer: "Do I ever??"
Wizards: "buy my corn hole."
Imagine Mark Rosewater sneaking up behind you at the company water fountain and whispering low, "Buy my corn hole" when you don't even work at Wizards of the Coast.
Graham’s whole vibe is pretty immaculate, very “I don’t know what I’m doing but I’m stuck in front of a camera till I’m done”
appreciate graham's "we're all on the same page about this, right?" and matt's comments on the "Gay Man's Pinup" :D
“The cards are dead straight” (except the dryad) 🤣😂🤣
I'm glad I'm watching this from my car on lunch break, because I laughed loud enough to pierce the windows, I'm sure.
“Some of the stuff we are gonna keep…because it’s neat.” Graham is who I wanna be😂
"They're dead straight! (other than the dryad)"
I gagged
I came here to leave this comment. 😂
So did the Dryad.
Damn... I didn't realise...
Same!
I missed the joke, started thinking of the joke, then realised that already was the joke.
4:31 "we're gonna leave that lying down" I probably had the exact same thought process as Graham there lol
“You wanna come to my Secret Lair and make some Magic Moscow Mules”
Frantically calls 911
"It's one of those muddling things. Don't know what their called."
Muddler, it's called a muddler.
Came here to say this.
Exactly what I was thinking as he said that
"I wish this is how they were packaged when I bought them." You and me and many of us both, buddy.
*Holds up Dryad of the Ilysian Grove* "I just think they're neat"
"oh its wood... ""its a cooler" said the surprised man after opening a box labelled wooden cooler.
"Dead straight (Other than the Dryad)" had me rolling. Nice insert, Editor Matt.
I saw that and immediately said out loud, "MATT!"
Appreciate the clear 'this is basically an unpaid ad' at the beginning !
"Moving to combat, and swinging."
"Dammit, missed the cornhole."
The small captions edited in the video brings so much life, especially at 8:40 ( kudos to the editors and especially Graham for being Graham )
This is the most "OK, this is happening? and I'm ok with that" Graham has ever been in a video.
"Greetings you Howling mines"
I didn't come here to be called out like this
Matt really makes me smile with his Editor's Notes, but this vids were particularly cackle-inducing!
Graham - "This is WOOD!?"
Me - "too easy"
Graham - "A, this is bigger than I thought it was."
Me - "He's got to hear this, right?"
Graham - "The pictures I've seen on Twitter do not do it justice"

I really like that the signet art is very evocative of the guilds without having to use their respective symbols. Makes it feel like these signets were created at a time before the guilds each had their symbology nailed down
Yea exactly. Except for the boros and the orzhov but then again those are some of the most regimented guilds
The Cornhole was confusing. Graham gave a “This is weird, but it’s neat” vibe the whole time
I love how Matt's editing turns into almost another host of the show
His editing on From Rewatch with Love was so great for that very reason.
Can't wait for the video of the LRR crew in the backyard mixing drinks + playing corn hole with some fancy Magic cards nearby
I almost fell over at 4:32 Graham's expression a certain thought enters his head is amazing.
The bonus card for the mothers day collection should have been den protector.
Or at the very least a white land considering the color identity.
"We got them for free, so you can get them for free"
We need more of this attitude around in general.
My mind was blown when I heard someone call it Cornhole. We just called it the beanbag toss
This was like watching a kid on Christmas, loved the energy.
“Some of the stuff we are gonna keep… because it’s neat.”
That's an interesting choice of things to brand with a MtG sub-brand
I have never been quite so confused, concerned, excited, and happy all at the same time before
I look forward to seeing that cooler in the background around the moonbase!
I love Graham's style of presentation and the "we know what this is" at the start 😀
I quite like the very direct "Influencer Marketing" callout at the beginning. Keep being awesome!
I like it too. Transparency is good, folks.
That Secret Lair package is extremely cool, and the cards are a neat bonus! Signets are always nice to have, and foil signets in old border? Even better!
Alright Grahm, you've sold me on the cooler and drinkware sets! Wait, there are Magic cards in there? Nah I don't need any of those.
I know it's officially "cornhole" but in my day we just called it "bags".
I love Graham's confusion throughout the video
I can't wait for the Friday nights camping episode with this secret lair stuff.
Having a hard time figuring out who exactly this product is supposed to be for exactly, but it's neat
Wotc: Let's print foils and only give them to influencers expecting them to do a giveaway of the rare cards.
"Branded Corn Hole" sounds like something the officer would put in the write up when things go horribly wrong at the S&M club.
I betcha the How To Drink guy is kicking himself over missing this brand synergy...
I was just thinking the same thing lol
I think Greg has said before he does in fact play some Magic. (His name is Greg, by the way.)

I eagerly await the day where I can swing by a bar and order a "Jace the Mind Sculptor" cocktail with a recipe officially made by WotC.

That moment when there’s a Black Lotus behind that broken zipper…
Crack-a-Kald one with the folks at the moonbase.
I wish they did all the secret lairs in those slim line boxes. The packaging has been rather excessive.
This is the new packaging from this drop onwards according to the announcement post. So now we just need to see them fix the ultimate edition ones whenever they do 3
This was by far the best unboxing I've watched in a while. Graham has a way of making generic things so much more entertaining without even appearing to try.
'corn hole' is, indeed, a bizzare but staple of college living in the US!
I feel like there is a missed double entendre with Secret Lair: Cornhole edition
“Greetings, you Howling Mines” got me
Oh man, this was great. That crate is impressive. Just for context, that mountain is the Jumpstart minotaurs mountain, it's an alternative angle view of Skophos.

"Cornholes","Moscow Mule's", "Secret Lairs"
These are all just bondage codewords I'm too unhip to get, I know it.

4:34 is such a beautiful moment of revelation.
He made the right choice, too.
The Praetors look SO GOOD. Really excited that it comes with the phyrexian swamp.
"We recommend this Secret Lair, because it is very gay"
Almost forgot about the DnD Secret Lair after AFR. Seriously, Graham?
Those quick edits about the Dryad were freakin' hilarious. Very cool stuff here, love that they put the Phyrexian swamp in the Praetors!
Graham's honesty about this being a unpaid promotion, while being genuinely stoked ... One of the many reasons to watch LRR and it's many productions.
The Graham and Matt hosting and editing wombo combo is too powerful. Love crack a pack!
Can't lie I loved the initial lampshading of this being an ad for wizards, Graham's delivery is always 👌
I appreciate that Graham took the time to show all of the non-Secret Lair goodies that this came with. I think Wizards did a good job with this one.
Always love the little comments from the editor throughout the video. Also the closeup of graham opening packs
I love how excited Graham is about the cooler and the tools :)
The editing in this is so on point. Also the mixture of surprise, excitement, and confusion from Graham was perfect. 😂
Secret Lair Corn Hole, the perfect way to subtly influence my family into buying Magic cards for all the relevant giving-gifts-to-me occasions
Those arcane signers with all the moxen are amazing and I have a mighty need.

Man, those signets are so good looking. Hands down one of my favorite MtG artists
I'm a big fan of the small packaging they did for the individual boxes.
"mfw when i pick up a pleasantly shaped stone" 🤣

Signets are always rad. Whoever gets em is gonna be able to pimp the hell out of their deck
This is so random, but super sweet. I was expecting that folded thing to be a pop up tent
As someone who never watched the D&D cartoon, I absolutely love that secret lair. I think it was a great idea and Tyler Walpole did an incredible job.
I love Graham's reaction to the cornhole stuff xD Fingers crossed on the signets
LRR is such a great combination of wholesome and funny.
Well, that was way more exciting than I thought it was going to be.
I agree with you Graham, "corn hole" is definitely a name for a game that someone would make up on the spot to prank someone.
I throughly enjoyed watching Graham's reaction to the additions to the secret chest. By far the best crack a pack yet! Keep up the great work !
