It would help largely on deciding what pris range to look for. We are ready to start searching and out current range is 60-75k Euro. Love your choice. God the potential. I’m a decorative painter. I would replicate Renaissance frescos on the entire interior… my art collection would look amazing there. Seems like a bargain. I adore the walking out and seeing a old beautiful church. My husband and I (gay couple) wonder if we would feel uncomfortable in towns outside major cities????

You are so blessed to be a decorative painter and yes, I am hoping to be able to have a fresco or two in the interior and definitely some large art pieces. You are right, she (the house) definitely has a lot of potential. Thank you for saying so. I think that's the biggest challenge now though. So many choices. And yes, I can assure you, as a gay couple you will feel completely comfortable in the Salento region. We have several friends (gay couples) who have purchased there and absolutely love it.
