I love this seaside property especially since it's on a lush hillside. The rooms are very ample and light filled. The terraces are ideal. Thank you for showing this one and for a vicarious lunch.
Great potential, but the price for this property is just ridiculous. 600k€ is probably 50% too much. Especially that it needs significant renovation and it has that shared courtyard. I like your videos though :)
Wow, another stunner… this one with so much potential. I would totally want to put my kitchen in that front room area - to be able to enjoy the views and close to the terrace. I would consider making that first Bdrm into the lounge ( pull out sofa ?) with the fire place and where the kitchen is I would add a powder room and utility/laundry closet as well as main entrance area. That little tiny bdrm I might change into a closet or storage area. But in my, that second terrace is a dream on top of an already magnificent terrace. Even that entrance courtyard could be made so cute, taking the other owners into consideration. Oh a girl can dream!!! Thx you for bringing us such wonderful properties to dream about.
So glad you enjoyed the tour. A really unique property here, such a large terrace you can pretty much live out there most of the year! Can’t wait to see what someone does with it. I would want to bring the kitchen to the side of the sea, love cooking with a view!
That is an insane price. I’m guessing this agency is pumping the prices 2x++ on this place to take a bigger fee. Maybe they even own it. Crazy price for a 200m needing complete rehab in Puglia
No pumping of prices and no we don’t own it, please feel free to send us another property of this kind with these type of views in this type of a location at a significantly lower price, we would love to see it . Prices are simply going up because people from all around the world are coming and buying property here in Puglia. There is much more demand than there are properties, this pushes up the prices
Size, flooring and sea views are fab. Needs massive clean up outside and power wash, check if that's water damage on upper bedroom wall, repaint inside / out. Re-do interior. Then it would be perfect and oh so comfortable. Man nice place. Bit steep.
Could you please tell about heating (necessary🤔), electrics, air con, water and gas pipes. Hard to say how much work it really needs. The views are stunning
@@nortontanzarella9857 When you walk down to the 2nd terrace the trees and bushes which look like a little garden on your left. Or is just that walk and the terrace part of the property?
I was watching your channel with interest until I realised that you want to make 300 000 Euros profit …. This house is not worth 600 000 Euros , if anyone who watches your videos has even the slightest amount of common sense would go directly on some of the Italian property selling website such as idealista and get connected directly with a local estate agent . Sorry but I don’t think you are honest , I give you 10:10 for your presentation skills and 1:10 for your honesty . You may sell something to someone from Britain who has too much money and too little brain but not to someone like me .
You really are being unfair here. The price is high but by no means exorbitant with this kind of sea view. It’s truly exceptional. I have no doubt it will sell at this price, or close.
Grossly overpriced. This is Southern Italy right, and that apartment needs 100k to make it modern. The windows weren't 'amazing' they were cheap uvpc. Yuck! In sum: may sell around 300k...
Hello Norton.. another great video ! As an American, I see this place as a great value. Naturally, I would need help on the remodeling but I am sure there are great construction type people who could make this place a dream for somebody. For the naysayers … just a vacant property on a lake not an ocean in Texas would probably cost 1.5 to 2 million dollars. Can we be a bit more polite and positive ??
Thank you so much for your support. Yes we have a company that helps our clients with renovations. Real estate has gone up all over the world, however we understand for Italy there is a lot of talk of one euro properties and that effects people’s judgment on what properties should cost here. Obviously when you look into detail you raise the one euro properties are always located in towns where people are not buying property, it is an incentive to repopulate towns which have been left abandoned. This is not the case for Castro, or all of the other towns we show properties in. Our biggest struggle is finding properties for sale at reasonable prices. 😅
@FirstLast-rh9jw I was only referring to the refurbishment costs. I know about asking prices. Anywhere in the world except the US, you can bargain the price down for a lot of things, including houses, but even here, you can make an offer for a house below the asking price.
I’m enjoying the additional footage of the local food and wines you dine with. Keep ‘‘em coming
By far, one of my favorite seaside home ❤
Yes! More seaside places in Calabria and Puglia, please!
Thank you! We will see what we can find!

Thank you for your feedback! Properties like this one are fewer and further between, hence the prices are going up, high demand and little on offer!
This property should be priced around 150k tops.
Fabulous, what. a lovely place
Glad you like it! Even nicer in person!

Anything Puglia by the sea is always welcomed
Glad you think so! What’s not to love!
Omg this is such a lovely position ❤
Incredible position, what a beautiful view to wake up to!

It’s directly on the sea. Location, location, location
The restaurant full of families was a wonderful scene.
Glad you enjoyed it! It’s one of the things I appreciate the most about living here! The importance they give to family!
My mother was Pugliese and I could taste that food
Haha did it taste amazing? It did for me! 😂

Yes it needs a bit of love for sure! The base is all there, tall ceilings, lots of light, views, and a good size
Could you please tell about heating (necessary🤔), electrics, air con, water and gas pipes. Hard to say how much work it really needs. The views are stunning
No heating or air con at all in this property so it would need to be part of the renovation.
:)
Does the 'green' left to the way to the 2nd terrace belong to the house as well?
Not sure I understand what part you are referring to?

Nice place but overpriced. Needs $100-$150K put into it. Let it sit for 12-18months and offer $400K
Lovely but overpriced. 450-500 would be better. It needs work, but so much potential!

You really haven’t a clue…

Over priced as it’s not on the Amalfi coast where you can buy one already renovated. Love the videos.
That's a movie set.
With that terrace on the sea, it would be worth putting some money into refurbishing this place.
We agree! It’s going to make an amazing home for someone
You need to give your head a, wobble if you pay the asking price. it's Italy...

Excellent location, but not fully functional.😇
Is the furniture included in the sale?
It can be!
