Hmmm, well my favorites are definitely the church view home and the home near the castle. The courtyards in each hold loads of appeal for me. So perhaps it’d come down to what each town offers. 😊
It’s a hard choice as they each have their own strengths. But I like the first arches home as it is move in ready. Cozy and pleasing to the eye. Can feel at home there.69 via Santa Sofia. Although the stree view of the second Church property is more interesting.
Although the inside is great with high ceiling and arches, I’d love more of curb appeal. The second one with cool gate entrance and inside Star ceiling amazing!
Hi Dora, thank you for your honest comments. It's true, the house I've chosen doesn't have a huge amount of curb appeal at the moment but I'm hoping with either some new paint and a new gate and archway entrance, or maybe there is some lovely Lecce stone underneath that cement, that she will end up having more curb appeal. I did very much love the entrance of the second house too. It was so hard to choose. Thanks again for watching my channel.
Thanks so much for watching. The thought of living in a historic town in Italy has always appealed to me. It is something we share I believe as I watch your channel too. A castle in the town would be such a great bonus!
At this stage we plan on only staying as long as the tourist visa allows each year and allowing friends and family to utilise the house for the rest of the time. There is also a little known visa agreement with Australia where we can legally stay for six months if we wanted to.
Hi there! I'm so glad I found your channel. I am looking at houses in Corigliano d'Otranto. What drew you to that town?
Great vids!

Thanks for watching Mark, I do love the thought of having a courtyard. There's so much that can be done to make them really welcoming.
Exactly. They all have such great strengths. And the street view with the church is very appealing. LOL
I like Castle, and the second one best just depends on your needs a out doir space in always nice if it is not to noisy.
I love all of them!! But, my favorite is the one in Galatina that over looks the church ❤❤❤
Thanks for watching Jennifer. The church view house certainly has a lot of things going for it.

You're so right. It really is a difficult choice. I like the first one for those very same reasons.

I think you bought the home near the castle. Congratulations, though, on whatever you chose! How exciting...can't wait to find out!

How do you plan to stay more than the tourist visa allowance?
