titron damage cap electric proc level cap

the build is the same as the volnus one except its electric
well of life is used because it does too much raw damage which would kill the enemy before electric happens
you can also use influence to kill the demolyst through armor
titron's damage stacking passive is not needed
because this also did too much damage to even the hyena at full combo, grineer might not be any different
