This setup double dips faction, pageflight, and elementalist. A maximized setup for this would deal over 850x of 30% of enemy shields/overguard (not factoring in variability by weapons/enemies) as electric status. With viral it turns into an electric dot of over 3500x. The theoretical infested version which uses ancient healer's 10x of hp as overguard would do about 2500x of the demolisher's HP instead. Kompressa in this video is only doing about 350 x 30% of shield which means the electric will tick more than once at levels below 9999. Optimized setups will one shot before level 9999. The relative HP% dealt increases with levels so base levels will need a few seconds to kill while 9999 is one shot.
so wait, this uses the magnetic procs effect of creating a high damaging electric proc + electric damage when the shields break, but you're instantly breaking the shields with tharros strike defense strip and since the damage scales with shield HP, big dmg thats honestly really cool how that works

The explaination assumes you already know the mechanics for how Tharros Strike and magnetic procs work (post jade Shadows update) From wiki: Upon breaking the Shields/Overguard of an enemy affected by Magnetic status, the target receives Electricity damage and status effect equal to 3% of the target's maximum Shields/Overguard per Magnetic status effect, to a maximum of 30% at full stacks. This effect can be improved by status damage and duration mods on the weapon that applied the status, not the one that breaks the defense. Tharros Strike is a defense strip that completely breaks shields (and armor) at 200% abillity strength So the effect is created with a magnetic primer and then casting tharros strike at 200% strength. The damage is buffed through adding viral, faction damage, and elementalist mods to the primer, as well as another abillity - Dante's Paigeflight. Since this scales with enemy shield HP, you can do huge damage, especially at higher level caps. Does that make sense?
You use the kompressa, put magnetic damage using both 60/60 mods, pistol elementalist, appropriate faction mod, and the primed electricity mod, then you can also put a status duration mod if you want. The build on dante would not matter much, just get as much strength as possible for the status damage increase and duration so you wouldn't have to cast page flight all the time. He also uses vasarin for protection and deathcube for energy but I don't think they are necessary for the build
