  • Former child labourer John Robson said while he's forgiven the Japanese for the atrocities committed in Malaya during WWII, he'll never forget. His uncle was never the same after being taken away by the Kempeitai, and as a young boy he witnessed a public execution in Kuala Lumpur.

It's interesting to listen to their experience and stories, it tells us that we should be thankful because we are living in peace.

🙏 Happy to see uncle John Robson grown~up to be a wiseman indeed! Yes , we must learnt from ours & others' mistakes of the past but forgiveness is the correct way to dissolved Bad Karma created at that time , so as not to endure more sufferings with these evil people in the future! Anyway , nobody can escape the Universal Laws of Cause & Effect that reign supreme & governed All Birth , Ageing , Sickness & Death! We should instead create more Good Karma now for Better Rebirths in the future! ... 🕯🌍🕊

They docked at Pasir Salak first (Kelantan), Singgora and Pattani at Thai where the Thai reps and Jpn reps had a mutual agreement to allow the Jpnese to cross through from the north and from the East, only to work their way down the peninsular to SG as SG was the strongest forcehold, something like, keep the best for last kinda thing. Dropping to SG alone would be riskier.
