Very nice place I lived there the first year it opened, nice, gym, pool, access to MRT, BTS, and Terminal 21. Only thing I did not like is the units are to small.

A modern small condo that looks like a hotel room. I can imagine residents from 700+ rooms crowding into the facilities.

Interesting that you said the bed is King size and can fit 3 people! Wow! That put some ideas in my head! 55555 Seriously is a 1 or 2 year contract available? Is there a reduction on the monthly rent for a longer rental? Is the power bill direct from the PEA? Along with the monthly water bill direct from the water municipality? Answer my questions and I will contact you. Thank you.
Yes most rental contracts are 6 months or 1 year. We have a few customers who took out 2 year contracts in return for lower rent. Someone commented that they paid up front for an entire year for a substantial discount. It’s a buyers market now and owners are looking to lock in their condos.
Power bill is direct from PEA. Water is usually from the condo, but it’s a super low rate - so low that you don’t even think about it. Typical condo water rate tor one person is about 50baht 🍎

Really enjoyed your tour, but... anyone watching this will be as concerned as to the rental amount for what they're getting. Giving the (current) price (especially in the video title) will no doubt help give you many more views.
Here's a little secret. Don't tell anyone... we actually want people to contact us for business reasons. So we do give prices for 90% of the condos we show in videos, but for about 10% we do not. Go ahead and browse our videos to see what I mean.

Some are right in the kitchen like the one shown in this video. Other condo complexes [like mine] have the washing machines out on the balcony.

nice video and very well-described, but i feel this is a studio and not necessarily a 1 bedroom which normally is a separate room from the living room area. but that's ok, it might be called differently by the landlord or building management. I have a 3 bedroom condo in Central Lat Prao area, and a separate living room / dining room area - 134 SqM - keep up great videos K. Chalida

Crazy to think Bangkok is the most expensive city next to Singapore. No longer a cheap place to live! Of course these condos are targeting those wanting to spend a lot.
At this time, Bangkok is one of the less expensive cities to live in. There are prices for everyone. From super-cheap, to more expensive than other countries and TONS of great condos between 250 and 500 USD per month. It definitely is not that expensive.

In thailand any apartment or condo is commonly referred to as -- example of usage: "I go to my room now".
If you want the price of these units and aren't happy that they weren't included with the video, just do a Google search. Everyone knows how to do that, right? Hint: if you're on the lower end of the budget scale, then this place probably isn't for you.
