Hi Doctor G! I was wondering what supplement caused this gentleman to have inflammatory hair loss. Also, I am using Nutra M, mainly as a preventative measure. I love the product, but the alcohol content seems a tiny bit drying. Would the Nutra M still be effective if l diluted it a bit with water before applying, especially since l am using it mostly for preventative means. Thank you so much for your time! 👍

So when u have something else expedite the male pattern lose , like a iron deficiency if you treat that deficiency will your hair Go back to how it was before naturally by doing that or do you have to use dht treatment as well?

If you're experiencing male pattern hair loss (MPHL) and also have an iron deficiency, treating the deficiency can definitely help improve hair health, but it may not completely reverse MPHL on its own. Here's why:
Iron Deficiency: Iron is crucial for healthy hair growth. Correcting the deficiency can stop the shedding and promote healthier hair. If iron deficiency was the primary cause of your hair loss, you might see significant regrowth once your iron levels are restored.
Male Pattern Hair Loss (MPHL): MPHL is largely driven by genetics and the hormone dihydrotestosterone (DHT). Treating iron deficiency won't address the underlying hormonal cause of MPHL. Therefore, without targeting DHT, hair loss related to MPHL might continue or worsen over time.
If your hair loss is solely due to iron deficiency, treating that deficiency could allow your hair to return to its previous state.
If MPHL is also a factor, you'll likely need a DHT-blocking treatment (like finasteride or other DHT inhibitors) to fully address the hair loss and prevent further thinning.
Combining treatments-correcting iron deficiency and addressing DHT-offers the best chance of restoring and maintaining your hair.

Damn, bro. I feel you. People started making fun of me when I was around 12 about me having a bald spot. I'm 18 now and I've just started taking a hair treatment. I would suggest you go to your GP (general practitioner) and describe your symptoms to them. They'll guide you from there. Common treatments for DHT related hair loss includes 5% Minoxidil foam, 1 mg finasteride, 2% ketaconazol shampoo, and possibly derma stamping. But at your age, you'd only POSSIBLY be told to use Minoxidil if it's a dht related issue. If you could describe your symptoms a little more, maybe I could give you advice on what you should ask your doctor. I'm going through hair loss too, since it's genetic for me, and I understand the struggle.

@@slythephantom9434 ok but is there any self treatment or something you could do alone without going to the doctor. I don't want to worry my parents. Thanks for telling me all this i appreciate it. I will try asking my parents 🙂

@@slythephantom9434 did you get your hair back after that or are you still losing hair

@@Avacadosforyou well, you could start 5% Minoxidil foam and 2% ketaconazol shampoo, but it will cost you money. Minoxidil is kinda expensive. I'd advice talking to your parents. Also, I've seen some improvements in my hair, but I have to consistently use it for around 8 months to see the good results and around a year for full results. And the thing about these treatments is that you gotta take em for life if you wanna keep your hair. That's why I'm saying go to a doctor cause maybe yours might be deficiency related, idk. Talk to your parents about going to a doctor.
