    Hi Meghan,
    Thank you for your precious work. You've taught me a lot through the many different series of videos you've made, and the A to Z of Marketing is probably the one I enjoy the most as there are not a lot of TH-cam videos that talk about Marketing with so much depth.
    Especially around Dynamics Marketing Events, and topics such as Portal Payment Gateways and how to set them up with the Marketing Pages where I feel like the official documentation just glosses it over.

      Unfortunately I won't be writing or doing videos about portal payment gateway. It is not an area I know anything about.

    In an Customer Journey for any Event, event as in dynamics marketing event, there will be a time where we would for example like to send out a reminder 1 day before the event starts, but as I have understood, it's not possible to use any data from the actual event that triggered the journey, am I right about this? Is there any workaround for this because it will be a very common situation and requirement.

      Hi Hu, originally these were called Event Triggers, but not specifically related to Events. They have since been renamed to just Triggers, or Custom Triggers. There is an out of the box Trigger which is Marketing Event Registration Created which could be used. I am also currently working on a blog/video for a Custom Event Registration Trigger that will hopefully provide a little more info. Will be a few weeks before anything is out though.

    Hi Meghan
    Do you know where to find these RTM emails that are sent via journeys in D365? Typically outbound marketing emails will show in Contacts --> Insights.
    I am not sure if I am missing something but the emails arent showing up on the contacts timeline too.
    Any thoughts or guidance is much appreciated!
