    Hi Lisa, great work, I love your videos. Question, if I allow a client to request a parcel to be sent to them is their a way to track that within a journey and have it kick off some kind of process so that we can track the packing and processing of a physical parcel post? Thank you!

    Hi. Thank you for the video. I have tried and tested around 18 email marketing softwares and the inbox deliverability always becomes a problem despite doing all the correct things. What is dynamic 365 like for inbox deliverability?

    Thanks for your great tutorial! I wanna ask if there is a limit in the journey configuration? When I configure a journey, it tells me that I can't publish the journey cause there are too many operations present (more than "500")

      I haven't come across that before, but if that's the error you're getting, then I'd agree that's real. A journey with more than 500 operations sounds massive! Can you split it into separate journeys, using a trigger to kick off subsequent journeys.

      From 1 September 2023 new deployments only have Real Time Marketing. Those features are part of Outbound marketing and as far as I know haven't been re-engineered as part of Real Time Marketing. When you create a form there is still an option to host it on a page through the marketing app, which kind of replaces the landing page. I never used or had any customers who used social posting.

    Thank you. Is it possible that we can insert a data into business central from Dynamics 365 Sales? As here is CRM, when contract is confirmed, we want to also insert a data in BC. Do you have this tutorial video?

    This tutorial is super helpful for getting a grip on Dynamics 365's real-time marketing! It makes segmenting and triggering marketing efforts look so seamless. I personally use Plerdy's free version on my site to better understand visitor behavior, and it's amazing how such tools can simplify complex data into actionable insights. Really boosts productivity! 👍

    Are time zones adjusted on the recipients end? Example: I'm creating a journey for all of the US. My time zone is eastern. Will California contacts receive my emails at 4am instead of 7am, or will it be adjusted? In the past, outbound marketing didn't seem to adjust, so I had to have a different journey for each time zone.

      The journey doesn't automatically know the timezone of every contact, if you wanted to do that you'd need to have the timzeone as a column on each contact record and then use that to branch or delay sending. You could also use the quiet hours feature learn.microsoft.com/en-us/dynamics365/customer-insights/journeys/real-time-marketing-quiet-times

      You don’t send attachments through the marketing application as shown in this video, if you want to send attachments from the main sales application you can do that using the email feature there or you can automate it with Power Automate.

    Can we have a clip about scoring in Customer Insights - Journeys. we can create scoring models but it is very unclear of how to move forward from there as it seems like something still missing maybe .. could my knowledge hhh. thanks in advance.

      The Campaign table has some basic budgeting columns, but if you want to do full budgeting you'd need to do some additional configuration.

    Can I just say that I love the dog tax being used in the video! My old company had a rule for concalls during COVID days. If the dog was heard barking on the call, you had to take a picture of them in the moment and share it in the chat. One of my better memories from COVID quarantine days. 🙂

      haha, that's awesome - there are very few fun memories of that time, I'm glad you had someone with a good enough spirit to do that. I record my videos at home and sometimes there are noises from the dog (or family) and mostly I just roll with it!

      Fyi I'm voraciously consuming many of your videos to better understand the value of D365 Sales, Marketing, and Copilot. The small consultancy I work for has them but has failed to get the desired benefits. Basically I think we're not asking it to solve the correct business problems, and further don't have a proper understanding of what the platform does well and sometimes quite easily.
      I have a team of people that just can't help but make everything quite hard.
