Whatever happened to their game specific audio presets? The elite 800 I had came with programmable audio presets specific for certain games. There were audio presets for certain Assassins Creed games, Call of Duty, etc..
Hey great video, do you know how to change the secondary function of the button or the wheel? It says you can do it, but I cant find it anywhere. I want the primary function to be noise cancellation and the secondary function to be the EQ presets. EQ presets used to have its own button on the previous headsets but it seems like you have to change it on the PC even if you want to use the headset for consoles.
Terrible and mids are different. You implied they're the same. That's my issue with this software; want a simple mids slider because the headphones sound like they have a small sound stage, meaning, like in a small room.
how would u compare theese vs stealth 700 gen2 max Im thinking to buy 1 of them just dunno would 150 euro more be worth it when it comes to sound quallity and im thinking using them on pc only for gaming and music, I had hyperx cloud alpha S I loved them for footsteps and bass but mic was so low, i changed them for logitech g pro x and that was total failure no bass footsteps were bad but good mic, so i just hope either of stealth 700 gen 2 max or stealth pro have same or more bass as hyperx cloud alpha S and are they lound as them aswell would appreciate any info
Well it has a couple more features than the stealth700 gen 2 sound is a little better and a bit more customizable, then their is the ANC (active noise cancelation) which helps with immersion and just better over all sound quality, the bluetooth has a bit less latency and then there are 2 swapable batteries that come with the head set along with the charger that can be switched out in seconds for longer sessions. Over all it’s just a better headset,……as far as being worth the extra money well that depends on each individual, but it would be an upgrade,…..
Can I not just use my xbox series x to set up the Audio Hub V2 directly? This headset seems one of the best.Thx for this video.I haven't bought the headset yet.
I did this just today and now my headset has constant static upon my friends talking abs when navigating the Xbox Home Screen should I return them and buy a different brand because they worked completely fine last night playing the game and now that I’ve updated the static is present it’s annoying?
I mean if you did a factory reset and you’re still getting static if they are still new and under warranty im always going to say opt on getting what you paid for and get a replacement
@@G.E.T I didn’t do a factory reset on them no, I got the newest turtle beach controller today, and was setting it up then I turned my headset on and I had zero sound, went to turtle beach website and it said update your headset, did that and it has static but worked perfectly fine last night? How do you do factory reset? Do you think it’ll fix the static?
@user-ic3rc6nx9d press into the whole under the puck with a paper clip then connect ti back to audio hub,…..you’ll have to reset everything but that is a reset,…..that usually helps if it doesnt i would contact support for a new one

I have no clue I’m still having the issue where the app will not load. Most of the time i have unplug then plug the headset into the doc to get it to come up.
So the Game chat mix doesn’t work for Pc ? Even if the option is on the software on pc ? So if you are using PCmode and change the game chat mix on the software it doesn’t do anything at all ?

Hi how do i control the overall chat volume on this headset. I have a dualsense edge and i can control the master volume using the function key and arrow keys but not the chat volume??
I just received the Stealth Pro in the mail, and mic monitoring is as loud as a whisper. I turned mic mute on and it became silent, so it’s working. How do I turn mic monitoring up so my voice is clear and easily heard? If that’s just the way it is, are there alternative ways to get the mic monitoring as loud as I need it?
Turn on Active noise cancellation, turn up the mic monitoring, change mic preset to clarity or full,…..or use the eq to set it how you want it too sound
If you turned your mic monitoring off there would have to be something else in the chain that is feeding your mic back,......what other software are you using? Obs, mixer, 1 computer or 2

@@G.E.T Once I get my refund I'll go with the turtle beach atlas. I think there was a version that was specific for pc ... hopefully wireless. I did enjoy the convenience of the wirelessness. If they had high quality wireless earbuds I'd go for those since I'm not too huge on headphones. I'll need to do more research.
why is the headset general volume sound so soft I really need 100% superhuman hearing to get good volume without superhuman hearing it sounds very soft to me the sound is not there either it all sounds very soft again I am doing something wrong I am about to to exchange the headset for a new Penrose where the sound can be loud and no, I am not deaf, someone with the same problem

@HS-md1er my settings are on the dashboard audio hub treble boost 7 - bass boost 9 - vocal boost off, ACN on all the way up, super hearing on all the way up with the preset set to footsteps,….turn iin game audio to home theater and then turn mono audio sound off

@onelove98 sooo looking into this it could be one of 3 issues that i am seeing a bluetooth issue with your phone and headset have different versions, your firmware on the puck and headset either/or needs to be updated, or it could be a defective headset

Website says audio hub 2,…might want to check the firmware on your headset……the other headset from turtle beach i have are the stealth 600 so can’t say definitely about the 700 gen2 just can see what turtle beach says about the headset

You would have to use the mobile app,…..if not using a pc,…..all the same options with the exception of doing firmware updates

Try plugging both the puck and that headset both to your pc if that doesnt work youll probably have to do a hard reset
