I watch all of your awesome videos. What happened to your Lemax North Pole Tower video? I just used it to repair one I found on eBay. I removed the Santa from his platform and there was a screw between his legs holding him on. I also removed the reindeer head as you advised. I was able to carefully peel the bottom felt off and reuse it when I was done. Mine had never been apart before but interestingly, just like yours, the top cap was missing the 4 screws only being held on by the elf's ladder. Can't thank you enough for your videos, I would never have been able to do all the repairs without them.
Thank you for pointing out the video being gone. That has been fixed. I don't understand why the screws are missing unless that part was used on another piece in the past. Glad it helped you.
Great work! We really enjoy watching you work on these pieces. Thank you so much for sharing!

I have the same problem. But it looks like a lot of work to repair. Where did you get the motor from?
You can find them on eBay and Amazon
Rather than replacing the motor is it possible to bypass it that will allow the top to light up?
Yes, you would need to unplug the motor or cut a wire to the motor
Do you take mail-in repair orders for lemax products?
