Three years ago I was in a similar position actually. I met a nice, smart, funny and successful girl, who at the time I met her was a little overweight. She told me on day 1 that she had lost 90 pounds in a short time. I liked her a lot on day 1, and so I asked her out on a second date, and then a third. Turns out that in the year or so before I met her she had become an avid runner, and she lost another 50-60 pounds since we met. She's basically average build now some athleticism to boot. I think a lot of beautiful women tend to use that beauty as a crutch, because it just gives them so much power. But she had the opposite experience. She became pretty badass and successful in spite of never having that advantage for a long time. And that helped her become physically beautiful too. She still struggles with hunger but she watches her habits like a hawk. It was really a bonus because she's such an incredible person. I proposed to her a month ago, and she said yes.

Ppl who allow themselves to become morbidly obese usually have just as many mental and emotional issues as they do physical. There are a few situations where an injury or medical issue is to blame but those cases are few and far between. If you are not into this girl for her qualities as a human being then don't get involved. Weight loss is a long arduous journey and the last thing this girl needs or deserves is some guy using her. Leave her for a guy who is going to appreciate her for the person she is and will support her efforts! Not going to lie, this is bringing back memories of my past relationship. This is a very similar situation and the girls weight was an issue but not enough. Her family was freaking crazy, I knew italians can be emotional but god was I about to be shown the truth here. I found out that I need more stability in my partners life than I got. Also, the weight became an issue later on since she kept gaining more and more weight throughout our relationship. I felt that I had a harder time making changes in my life since whenever I tried to switch to a diet or avoid certain foods, I was met with a look of objection from my partner. Since I broke up with her I have been hitting the gym and changed my diet and I have lost close to 60 lbs and I am still loosing weight. I felt that listening to Bill made it clear that I needed to do what I felt was right and it sucked breaking her heart but I feel that it will open the door for someone to come into her life and appreciate her for who she is and be better able to deal with her family. And how good (or bad) looking they are has nothing to do with what their personality will be like. I'm 6'2" and I've been as low as 168lbs before. I was vascular everywhere and I looked pretty good. Feel way better and stronger around 190lbs though. Christian Bale is 6'0" and was like 125lbs in the machinist. 6'3" 175lbs is definitely feasible.
If you work out with her I'm sure you can keep on that track, however don't hesitate to breakup with her if she doesn't get thinner. You don't have to stick it out if you don't want to. That'd be my advice.

Everyone is allowed to have their own standards. I think most guys have lower standards. I.e a guy is less likely to care much if a girl is a bit over weight, while a girl is more likely to care if the guy is. That being said, even guys have a line and 300lbs.....
it’s amazing that i even have to explain this but; women get a pass because they are biologically _made_ to carry some extra weight (it’s for in case they have children) while men have pretty much no excuse to be fat. (no offense) guys are physically leaner, stronger, more muscle mass, faster metabolisms, etc. so it’s much easier to workout and lose weight. a woman has to work twice as hard just to get the same results.

Im 6'5" and fluctuate between 160-170. I also do an intense amount of training. I am/look skinny but not like smeagle from lord of the rings lol. I also eat upwards of 5k calories when im really disciplined with my diet. Metabolism faster than light.
It is important to know the health risks and what being 300 pounds at one point means for the person and the relationship long term; it’s not somehow mean or ruthless to look at the overall picture. Even with the 100 pounds off, she’s still way too heavy unless she’s like 7 feet tall. If someone who’s young has already been that fat, it’s only going to be harder to get it under control if she starts gaining weight. The substantial burden of trying to control such obesity as you age, alongside increasing adult responsibilities, is not a good look.
She's clearly turned a corner in her life to lose 100 pounds. She's in the game and is bettering herself. She's only like 50 pounds away from a decent weight.

I'm 6'2" and I've been as low as 168lbs before. I was vascular everywhere and I looked pretty good. Feel way better and stronger around 190lbs though. Christian Bale is 6'0" and was like 125lbs in the machinist. 6'3" 175lbs is definitely feasible.

Everyone is allowed to have their own standards. I think most guys have lower standards. I.e a guy is less likely to care much if a girl is a bit over weight, while a girl is more likely to care if the guy is. That being said, even guys have a line and 300lbs.....
it’s amazing that i even have to explain this but; women get a pass because they are biologically _made_ to carry some extra weight (it’s for in case they have children) while men have pretty much no excuse to be fat. (no offense) guys are physically leaner, stronger, more muscle mass, faster metabolisms, etc. so it’s much easier to workout and lose weight. a woman has to work twice as hard just to get the same results.

It is important to know the health risks and what being 300 pounds at one point means for the person and the relationship long term; it’s not somehow mean or ruthless to look at the overall picture. Even with the 100 pounds off, she’s still way too heavy unless she’s like 7 feet tall. If someone who’s young has already been that fat, it’s only going to be harder to get it under control if she starts gaining weight. The substantial burden of trying to control such obesity as you age, alongside increasing adult responsibilities, is not a good look.
She's clearly turned a corner in her life to lose 100 pounds. She's in the game and is bettering herself. She's only like 50 pounds away from a decent weight.
If she has lost 100 then she can absolutely follow through. That's like over a years worth of work.
She could still gain it all back. It's easy to fall back into shitty habits.
