- The ALL NEW QX60 is here and Infiniti not only wants to raise the bar in looks and materials but also the way it drives. On the outside of the top trim you will find 20in wheels, LED lights, and new sheetmetal. On the inside you will be greeted by full leather seating, 12.3in infotainment system, and 12.3in digital gauge cluster. Under the hood is a 3.5 V6 295HP & new 9-speed automatic. Totally agree... and sadly those fake chrome exhaust plates are a deal killer for me.
Id just chrome delete it and it should be fine. But it actually looks different in person.

Really really like this, I hope Infiniti can become the strong brand it once was . Less concept cars please and more innovations and redesigns to existing fleet of cars 👍🏽🙅🏽♂️. Seriously want this brand to survive, when they get things right they usually knock it out of the park .

Really glad that Infiniti is going on a more positive direction and hopefully will stay for much longer, me personally, I really dig this QX60 in the looks, definitely a BMW, Benz, and Audi competitor
Took our QX80 in for service, killing time took the QX60 for a long test, and left with our new 60 arriving in a month. I do not have enough words to describe what a beautiful and well made SUV this is. The styling is super classy, the info and entertainment package is awesome, and I never thought I would find seats as comfy as my QX80, but here we are, and massaging to boot! Way to go Infinity, you killed it. We’ll see how it stands up to the Northern Canadian winter roads now!

Great review as always! Got my reservation in for this exact one. Mid-November is the status but we’ll see. The fake exhaust plates look extreme up close and parked, but from driving a car behind as shown in the video with another QX60 in front I can see what they were going for and it works for me. Removable 2nd role console is a big deal for kids/teens to shimmy to 3rd row.
Thank you for this review. I was looking at the Jeep GCL and VW Atlas because of their seat tilt feature. But this is in the running now because I can actually drive/park this in the city. Can’t believe this wasn’t on my radar until today.

I miss 03-08 Infiniti, every single vehicle was amazing, all had a big v6 or v8, and a traditional torque converter auto, or manual.

I'm LOVING the interior of this girl! Looks incredibly luxurious! Like the theater seating. Once again, like the size but don't need the 3rd row. Would end up folding it down and putting a cargo cover over it. Looking for LUXURY over performance. Miss seeing your face during the drive. When you REALLY like a car, it shows on your face. Would buy just about any brand over BMW. Keep the awesome reviews coming!

Does the back window pop up? The rear window slides down in my 4Runner which is great if you need to haul something long. I can’t seem to find a new suv that has that feature. Thank you

In regards to the QX 60 I really don’t care for those fake exhaust tips I’m leaning towards the Acura MDX type S a lot more than a QX 60.

Thank you for including the 2nd Row Car Seat Button. Thats a Huge Must Have for a person like me with 3 babies and counting (god willingly). Deff a nice car, and for its price range the new Jeep Cherokee L is worth a look. Kind of Bums me out the Trunk space with these Vehicles lol. Seems like my only option is the Escalade ESV, Wagoneer, and Minivans/MVP. Keep up the great work, love your videos!!!

It actually isn't to shabby! The 9-speed automatic is stellar compared to the old CVT.

This is making me wonder what updates they can do to the q50/60 as an owner of a q50 Ik super excited
What i really want now is for Infiniti to take this infotainment and put it in the qx 50 and qx 55, and take the transmission too and put it there, it won't coat them much and it will push the sales really high across the whole lineup

I love the new QX60.. in fact I have reserved one. Let's see when they actually bring it to me. However they would have done better to include some stylish fog lights in the front... there is so much real estate there and it would only enhance the look.

Great review as always! I’m comparing the Acura MDX, BMW X5, BMW X3 M40i, Audi Q7, Mercedes GLE 350 and the Infiniti QX60. I’m really leaning towards the QX60 as it gives you a lot more than the others I have mentioned.

Gorgeous design (both interior and exterior), good MPGs, lots of features, reasonably spacious, probably very reliable, less expensive than the competition. With this car Infiniti has definitely stepped up their game. Looks better than the Lexus and Acura direct competitors. Man, this is definitely the car to go in this segment. I love this car.
I definitely agree on the design aspect of this compare to Lexus. Beautiful inside and outside, but the reliability has been an issue with Infiniti. I had issues with transmission which got replaced and electrical issues in the past. Other than the reliability issue, this infiniti looks amazing.
Looks great. Am looking at one in person Saturday, 10-2-21. I don't like the chrome in back on the bottom that makes you think the exhaust is coming from there. Kind of chincy. I won't let that stop me from buying if I really like everything else

Infiniti elevated the game with this suv and redesign hopefully they go through a renaissance like Nissan. Infiniti isn’t the best position in terms of sales so this can start to save them

So where’s the spare tire or don’t they think you’ll get a flat tire? I have a hard time accepting the stand up tablet. Dirt and dust behind it hard to clean back behind it.

Now that I work from home and don't drive as much I'm consolidating my two vehicles into this one. Going from a BMW M235i and Hyundai Santa Fe Sport into a QX60. The only issue is actually getting my hands on one. I actually have a spot on a waiting list to place an order for a Kia Telluride, but I'm really considering cancelling. Guess we'll see which car I can get my hands on first.

The two-tone is nice but is only available on the Autograph/Autograph AWD trims. Too bad, need a bench so I would have to go down to a Sensory AWD and you can only get a solid color. Excited that they went with the ZF 9 speed transmission. You can find the ZF in many of the BMWs.
They did a great job with the transmission choice!
It seems Infiniti did a good job with the 3rd row which I am looking for (optional). I wish GV80 had done the same and made more less pricey model available with 3rd row. The Sensory AWD starting at $58K with 3rd row seems a better deal than $65K GV80 Advanced+ 3row model. Eagerly waiting to check QX60 in person. Thank you for the video!

I really need a car right now but really confused at this point. I test drove the GV80, which was my first choice, the XC60 and will last test drive the QX60 & X5. Choices! choices! choices!
Definitely the SUV that’s most worth the money. The BASE x5 usually matches the price of this top trim! (Dealer markups included when I say the price of the x5)

Always surprised by how much people hate the "floating iPad" situation in a lot of new car dashboards. To me, if I can reach it, it is highly visible without looking down, and it is responsive, then I think it is a win.
It always seems that those same people are the ones telling others off by saying "You prefer form over function" yet they're acting the same way when they complain that the infotainment system isn't flush with the center stack. Glancing to the right briefly is better than glancing to the right and down.

I was going between the Qx60 and the aviator … and went with the Qx60 autograph for two reasons -
1 design of Qx60 is a little more sporty /sleek and dare I say sexy vs the aviator that is still sleek and nice but it has a feel of a more subtle look on the exterior vs the sleek/sportier “LOOK AT ME”design of the Qx60 .
The second reason is pricing .. I got way more for my money getting the Qx60 autograph vs the aviator reserve . I know the reserve had higher HP etc but to be honest with you .. I don’t think that would mean much to me as I use this car for everyday family things. My family love this car and it’s just a great car with lots of features .

I like what was done here my last 2 cars were both Infiniti Q50 & Q60 but they didn’t have anything in the line up this time around so I switched to BMW & I have no regrets but I do still have a soft spot for the brand & do believe that they can be better then Acura, Lexus & maybe genesis. My only problem with this car is i wish it had the 3.0 twin turbo V6 & not this old date 3.5
